Within an hour of sending out requests, William had called, and came out to look at the damage and write a quote that afternoon. The quote (to fix 3 separate leaks and replace some damaged decking) was very reasonable, and they were out the next day to finish the repairs. He pointed out the areas that were fixed, as well as some trouble spots to watch out for down the road. To make matters worse, this dude is straight up unresponsive to text and yelp. Bro took my $1800 and left. Went completely AWOL. We discovered we had a roof issue with small water stain on bedroom ceiling. It was hard getting a roofer out as it was discovered right before Thanksgiving. However, William made a better effort than most and kept in touch via text. Two roofers visited to inspect the job. (One charged for inspection so he was dropped.) William seemed more technically savvy than the other and got the job. He was a little higher but also added some preventative maintenance scope which was needed anyway. I live in California and have a rental property in Texas so I wasn't aware of how bad the weather conditions are. My tenant notified me 2 months ago that there was a leak after what seems like the worst weather in a decade. I have a new house and it is quite unusual that I had a roof leak. I looked up and found Reynolds roofing had good reviews. I gave a call and William was quick to respond. He came the next morning and saw the leak. It was basically coming off the AC Vent going into the roof.. apparently, the caulking on the vent was worn off and water was leaking from there. He gave me a quick quote and asked me if I wanted it done the same day. Rainy season was just beginning, so I wanted to get it done quickly. I scheduled for the same day. The contractor came in the evening and what seemed like an hour or two job ended up becoming a 4 hr job. According to William, the damage was much larger than what it seemed from his initial estimate. Apparently, the wood underneath had rotted all the way and they had to replace a good portion.. Nevertheless, he honored the estimate that he had initially given and also told me that had he known the damage was this big, he would have at least quoted double of what he did... Overall, I was quite happy with his service. They know the sweet talk to convince you to install a new roof. had a bad installation called a feel time to have it fixed was given the excuses. one day they came and the problems was not fixed. i ended it up calling another company to fix it it so in the end it cost me more. i had already payed Reynolds Roofing $11,500 in full. very unhappy with the service. i was told the contractor would be at the job sight well he was on the day it started it to collect the check. 6:30 pm on the final day of 2 to pick up all the left over material that was not garbage. when my ordered came the wrong color i let it go because it was just a color mistake and i could live with it,but when the job looks terrible than i have a problem. read more

I am currently living in another state and decided to call Reynolds Roofing. I was given an estimate but was completely blown off when I tried to schedule service. Paul was the person who gave me the estimate and well aware that I was needing this repair done in order to close on my home at the end of the month. Me and my agent called for over a week and Paul never got back to me. I have absolutely no problem if a company is busy and unable to provide service. However, have the decency to call or email this; do not just leave someone hanging. I ended up using another roofing company who came through for me and did exactly what they said they would do. If you are looking to purchase a reroofing job stay away from this company. Prior to calling this company,I researched the materials to install a GAF roof. I called Reynolds to come out to give me a quote. I was very specific in the products that I wanted to use.The company came out to review my job. I was email a quote several days later for the job with only the price. Exact quote this is a proposal includes all the GAF products that we talked about with system plus warranty. Me being the detail person I am, I email Klint back with detail of our prior conversation of the products I wanted to use in detail the name of all the products. After speaking with him later he had amnesia of the products I told him that I wanted to used. I called the owner to express my dissatisfaction with the entire experience but I have not spoken with him.
