Place was great before new owner/ management. When Qwuan left so did my business. First time goin and Qwuan wasn't there the new guy tried to make up a price. I had the exact same thing done on the opposite side for my headlight. I showed him my receipt from before. I went again for a oil change and tire rotation and I always Bring oil and filter. I always pay $20, now all of a sudden it's $60. I asked did the prices go up he said no, 5 min later he said yeah I think they did. I explained this happen my last time here. Been going here for years for little things like tire patching and rotations. I'm always in and out, on average 15 min. I live in Cheverly so they are VERY close. Once I asked about an oil change for my Nissan Rogue and was quoted a crazy amount so don't my oil changes there. Another time my brother went there to get a tired patched. It was in the side wall and they said they do not recommend patching it, but patched it anyway any my bother just kept the donut on and got a new tier so was a waste on money. I was not there so don't know how the transaction went down but my brother wasn't happy. Also, only a few of them speak English and they are a little hard to understand at times. read more

I have had bad experience with these auto repair , the call them selfs coming up with codes that cost 1000. That they diagnosed on the computer I try to go thru inspection well it didn't go due to computer didn't read out and I was told that it was reset when I had paid my money too them. i had another engine light come on they came up with another set of codes that came up a week after repair of 1000 dollars was done , the representative was not accommodating at all too help resolve the issue and was very RUDe and condescending I don't recommend anyone too take there car to this shop go somewhere else where integrity and honesty and shop that values there customers concerns . read more

If you care about your vehicle, do NOT go here. I took my car here due to emissions failure and they completely looted it. They ripped open both my visors and stole the motors, lights, mirrors, etc. I know they did this because there were no damages prior to me bringing the car to this shop. I confronted them the next day, they denied it and challenged me to take legal action. They charged me $648.66 for services, yet vandalized my car for parts that are no longer available on the market. read more

My first time here. About a week ago I took my truck in to have the frozen parking brake checked. It has a lot of miles on it so due to the cost I had them just disconnect the parking brake cable. They said the affected rear brake was fine but needed rear 2 shocks. So they replaced those. I rotated the 4 tires myself a week later(they were right in that I need to replace them in the near future and saved me $40 not rotating them at that time). I thought the tire they looked at with the parking brake issue would come off easily. However it was frozen in place(an issue with aluminum rims connected to steel axels) pretty common. I had to sledgehammer the tire off. WhenI called to ask how come the tire was so hard to get off after only a week they said it was due to the tire being rusted on. Wish I could give a three and a half stars. They did give me a ride to the metro gratis. A good value no doubt but caveat emptor. read more

this shop review is zero... please don't bring your vehicle to this repair shop and i'm going to tell you why!! i have a landscaping business and i got my truck towed to shop because something was wrong with my brakes. i talked to kvon at the front desk and he stated i need brakes and rotors front and back along with parking brake kit. he charge me $1500 ---$500 labor and $1000 for parts. i needed my truck bad because it was the beginning of landscaping season and he knew this...so i said yes, trusting that this shop was trustworthy and honest but they're not!! when i asked to see what he payed on my parts he refused to show me, stating i agreed to the price so he not showing me nothing. i search around shops and the internet my parts was only $300 dollars at the most. this shop stealing people money do not support this shop. not trustworthy or honest. read more

In and out for a last minute Saturday morning oil change on my Toyota. Painless process, super fast wait (20 minutes or so?? I don't think I've ever had a quicker oil change!) they asked if I needed my tires rotated but I had done it recently when replacing a tire so I passed. Instead of being pushy they had no problem and reminded me I should do it next time. They noticed I had a light on my dashboard and checked that as well with no extra cost or hassle. Always ask for your used parts before you leave. I had a major brake job done and 15,000 miles later I was told by another mechanic that I needed rotors and the ones I had on my car were very old and dangerous. Tuxedo auto will rip you off at every chance they get, so beware. read more

BEWARE!! This is the shop to stay away from like the plague. The owner was rude, unprofessional and a rip off. Wanted to charge $800 flat fee to fix unknown electrical issue. Says I'll pay no more than $800 nor any less, all based on no idea what is wrong with the car, 2003 Volvo S40. Essentially, he and/or mechanics spent 1/2 hour with car and says not sure what's wrong but we can fix? I ask, did you get a code from your diagnostics or is there a service bulletin out on the issue, he said no angrily and take your car somewhere else! WHOA!!!!! I have no idea how this man stays in business. Actually I do, by taking advantage of uneducated consumers who believe they are getting a deal.
