I'm…read moredisabled and hobbled over to be told by an older woman with glasses that she would not ring me but instead take the man who just walked in behind me because he went past the tape the supposed "correct" way. Let me tell you, he had no clue either, he just happened to be walking from that side of the store with his one item. It was very embarrassing and extremely rude. Who treats disabled people like that? This woman is supposed to help customers, not disparage them.

But when you pick around or come early enough, before the customers destroy the store, its a delightful experience. I have never encountered a rude employee from these ladies, ive had nothing but positivity from them. Yes i receive less than i want from them but that's ok since my clothes are now more for adults than teens so it's understandable! Im surprised they still take some of my clothes! Keep in mind, for the amount of customers they serve each day, they can't exactly have people on the floor picking up after everyone. If the customers weren't so entitled maybe the store wouldn't be destroyed at the end of the day.

The shoes are awful and It is called style encore, but the styles for sale, were not stylish! I guess we all have our version of style, but I was shocked that they did not take half my stuff and when I looked at the stuff they have it is worn and half of it was trash. I was happy they gave me some money for my stuff, and completely understand that they only take what they want, but looking through the items, they had for sale, they were awful. The store had a strange odor, and like the other reviewers, I brought designer items that were hardly worn and some brand new and they did not take them. Just a waste of my time. I will not be returning to here or to platos closet. The clothes for sale are terrible. The children's store was ok though, cute stuff. TO each their own! Workers were friendly, and kind just do not understand what they are looking for, maybe if others go, bring some worn tee shirts and jeans and you will get money.

To be blunt the clothes here are also very very ugly. Lots of Zara and fast fashion. The tj max top we found still had its original tags priced originally for 10.00 at tj maxx but sold for 12.00 here. Wouldn't recommend, just go to Plato's they have taste and more decorum.
