They have a sign that says "expert" tailoring but I'd say it's more like "good enough" tailoring because the patch work I got done was in fact good enough but certainly in no way an "expert" application. While I could have complained about it when I picked it up I'm ok with the good enough job since the shirt I'm using and the patch I needed applied would have been nice if it were placed with proper alignment but I'm ok with the way it was applied for my needs. If I'm ok with how it was applied why am I complaining? I'm not necessarily complaining but pointing out that this place doesn't have "expert" tailoring and I also didn't want to go without the shirt another week since I needed the shirt in the coming week. If my patch needed perfect accuracy for a job or something of a more serious nature I would have requested it be fixed. If you need expert tailoring I'd probably go elsewhere especially if you need patches applied to any article of clothing. Will I be back? Sure, for washing services only because if I need more patches applied I will most certainly be finding another tailor to do that work for me. This was my very first time doing business here and this review is my initial impressions and experience. Maybe next time a patch job will be perfect, sadly I won't allow a next time for patch work or any tailoring.

He made it seem like he was the only person in the city capable of making this tux look good. When I called back for the second fitting, I was told to just pick up the tuxedo. That was the beginning of the disaster. I got it home to discover the pants wouldn't even close, and the shirt sleeves were FOUR inches too short on each arm. I called immediately, and they told me to bring him back in -- which I did, trusting they'd fix it. Instead, they sent my 5-year-old home looking like he raided a clown's closet. The replacement tuxedo had a shirt down to his knees, pants comically baggy, and a jacket hanging off his shoulders like he was playing dress-up. The sleeves were now so long, they rolled them up and pinned them with cufflinks. Seriously. This tuxedo is an embarrassment, and the service is worse. I paid $250 to rent this joke of a tuxedo, and when I called to express how unacceptable the situation was, Jon refused to do anything about it. No refund. No apology. Just arrogance. I found a perfectly fitting tuxedo at Macy's for half the price. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. This place is a scam dressed up in false promises and ill-fitting jackets. One word. RIDICULOUS…read more My mother and I stopped by one day to look for my wedding gown. I was so ecstatic that I had found "the one" on the first try, so took the Floor Model home. Of course it was about 5 or 6 sizes too big on me, so and it had a lot of alterations that needed to be done, so I had to return to the store on a different occasion... and that is when the nightmare began. The owner Christina is completely unprofessional. During the course of my returns for the alterations (I had also bought my bridesmaids gowns and Tuxes from the shop) she had thrown my mother out of the store for DARING to ask for a replacement dress for my sister (her dress came in a size smaller than we requested), made my maid of honor cry (because apparently it was her fault that she ordered the wrong dress; it was supposed to be floor length, the one that came in was up to her knees.) Called my sister fat (because we all know you're obese when you are a size 2) and said that I "ruined" my wedding gown by making alterations to it because even touching a thread is a "diss" to the designer. (I'm so sure the designer cares that I decided to make the dress MY size and added straps for better support). My sister came back for alterations, but all they did was make her dress worse and made her pay for it. Apparently she is too busy talking to her fax machine than to actual customers. As it stands it is the day before my wedding and my sister does not have a gown. She made a huge fuss about how "rude" I was for coming into the store that first day (because apparently you can only come by appointment. Something that she didn't make clear when I walked and and let me look around) and how I'm the worst customer she has ever had. Well excuse me for coming into your store, trying a dress for the first time and literally dropping a couple grand on your desk as I walk out. Sorry, I was such a "horrible" customer.
