My new LG washer is under warranty, but they are NOT fixing it. The code was OE- a pump issue. LG hired TV and Appliance Repair Center in Paris 903-737-2926 to repair it. This place is a scam. please don't use!! same story as everyone else. told me my part would be here next week every week for 2 months. asked to come get refund and it was "put in the mail" for 2 weeks when I love 5 miles from the store. gave me run around. i went to the store and asked nicely and told him no you have not mailed it sir. he threatened to call laws and yelled for me to get out of his office. After waiting 6 weeks for our washer to be repaired being told they're waiting on parts they canceled the service request. No call, no explanation just closed. Every time we called for a status we were treated rudely. I think these guys are scam artists getting paid by warranties hoping you wait long enough to just buy a new appliances. Why I gave a 1??? Because 0 wasnt an option....This place is the biggest joke in the business world. Theyre rude, unprofessional and obviously have no idea what theyre doing. I have been without my appliance for over a month waiting on them. I finally gave up, discarded my appliance and bought a new one of another brand name. Unfortunately I wont buy another brand of appliance (LG) because this repair company is all LG has to offer as a service company. Totally unprofessional service. Did not listen to directions, had service cancelled. I have waited 3 months for repair and then found out they cancelled it because they didn't listen. Didn't return repeated calls checking on status, if they did answer I was told they would check on it and call me back, which they never did! After two calls insisting on a check they finally told me I had to start the process over. When I called LG to restart process I was adamant they not use this company! read more

Extremely slow service and very unprofessional office person. If LG sends you to this "Repair Center" to service your product under warranty, DO NOT ACCEPT the assignment. It is a "Fred in the Shed" at best. They are more concerned with asking for your help to load and unload your product so they are not hurt than to quickly and professionally diagnose, repair and return a working unit. Horrible customer service! I'm not sure why LG uses them as a repair vendor. Brand new LG dishwasher that LG set up service through for repair. I called and called and they kept giving run around. Then finally called to come out for repair. I gave them my cell number but told him I was working in the office today but my husband would be home when they came out, I told him my husband works nights and would be sleep when he stated he needed my husbands cell number. I explained if he would just call me then I could make sure my husband would be woke to let them in to repair dishwasher! He proceeds to say I making it very inconvenient, but all I said is my husband works nights and they could call my number so I could make sure he was woke when they came, he then says he is canceling the service order and I could contact LG to find someone else!! I then contact LG and they state he put in the order that we refused to let him in when they came out! I hate a liar! He NEVER came to our home, but flat-out lied and said he did. I have ring doorbell and blink security cameras to prove he NEVER came to our home. Not only horrible customer service but they are also dishonest. If I could give this company zero stars I would! GE informed me that TV Repair Center would be my washing machine repair company and I should expect a call from them soon after receiving GE's email. After not receiving a call from TV Repair Center for several hours I contacted them directly and Thursday, 7/12 they informed me that someone would be out Monday, 7/16. They would call me Friday, 7/13 to let me know whether it would be morning or afternoon. I never received that call. So I contacted them Monday morning to ask if they had any idea of the time frame. At 8:30 in the morning, whomever answered my call indicated that the route had not been scheduled yet and he would call me back to let me know. That call never came. I followed up yet again several hours later and was told that it would definitely be in the afternoon but someone would call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival. The call never came but the repairman arrived. I informed him that at the moment, the washer was working fine but it intermittently will not progress to the rinse cycle and will not spin. He said it was the control board. He tried contacting GE but said there was a 2 hour telephone hold time and he didn't have time to wait. He also said he believed he had the part in stock but wasn't sure. Said he'd order the part but it would not arrive until next week, which is this week. I never heard another thing from TV Repair Center. GE followed up with an email asking if my washer had been repaired. I explained to them that TV Repair Center said they were ordering a control board and it would take a week to arrive. GE said they'd contact them to see about expediting the part only to be told that the washer was fine and TV Repair Center had closed out the ticket. I contacted TV Repair Center myself to now be told that they will need to load my washer and take it to Paris, TX. After reading Google reviews, I am not comfortable with that and explained that to the dispatcher I spoke with yesterday. TV Repair Center called me this morning to let me know they would be in my area and would like to pick up the washer. I explained once again, that after the follow up issues I've had with them I don't feel comfortable with that. The response was, "okay thanks". This company has awful communication and follow-up. Not to mention they flat out lied when they told me they were ordering a control board. read more

NO WONDER... I am just know learning that LG sent me to a tv and computer repair place to repair my washer!! This business only answers as "repair center" so I asked if they service washers and they said "yes" so I assumed they were legit since I got their number from LG. I agree with the previous review. They have terrible communication. They said they would call and they did not. They just showed up only to tighten one screw, break the piece at the bottom of the wash drum and then sat it back in there and left. We had to discover it ourselves. I called to have then send a replacement part but that I would put it in myself. They did do that. The washer was never properly fixed and when I called back, they began to give us the run around. They eventually said that they would come back out but it would cost us and would be better off buying a new washer. Like the previous review stated, they said they could load it up and bring it back to their place and fix it but it would cost as much as a new one. I could go on deceiving what else happened but I won't. Between LG and this repair place, I have been without a working washer since Sept 21st and today is Nov 1st. My advice?? Be careful about foreign products that use foreign countries as their service centers because they are not helpful and will contract with places like this because they don't care. We did buy a new washer and it's a maytag so we will deal with Americans and we will Never use a place like this again. read more
