Every single time, someone from LST would call me a couple seconds later to check in on me. Recently, LST called me again to tell me that I was due for a battery change. Funny thing is, I actually saw a light on my keypad the day before and was wondering what it was. The girl on the phone says that's the system's way of telling me that the battery is low. They sent someone to change the battery, and the light went away. My family and I have used different alarm companies in the past, but the way LST looks out for you is a cut above the rest. I've been with them for almost 2 years now and it's been great!

I found him on Craiglist on Sunday, and he was over at my apartment Monday at 1pm. He just left and it looks absolutely amazing! No visible cables, just my 32" Sony Bravia all by its lonesome about 4' up the wall! He finished in under 2 hours and the entire thing cost me less than $250 including the mounting hardware. I was so happy that I referred him to a random neighbor in the elevator and then tipped him $50. If I'd used one of the big box companies I'd have waited at least a week and paid a heck of a lot more. Specifically: 1) When I called initially and the receptionist told me that she would call me back, she actually did almost immediately; 2) When I said that I was available only before certain hours on a day, they came first thing in the morning (before 9 AM) to make sure that they fit me in; 3) The electrician took his shoes off at the door without me having to ask him; 4) He cleaned up after himself and even wiped down all of the surfaces he touched when he finished; 5) When the part he installed turned out to be defective, Cosmos said they'd send someone else around within 24 hours of me returning their call; 6) The two electricians who followed up were equally courteous, albeit they didn't take their shoes off (and I didn't feel like asking them at 9 AM). However, on their way out they offered to wipe the floor for me. So colour me astonished that there are actually contractors who will do what they say they will when they say they will and then stand by their work without any hassle and make sure that they don't leave a mess behind.
