No one from the business followed up. I called. An employee with a heavy Indian accent answered. He knew nothing about my computer. Said he would call his boss to get back with me but boss wouldn't be there for a few hours. Finally hear from the man o originally worked with. He said he needed to send it out for repair. When asked, he said it would take a week. Here it is one week later. No calls. No follow ups. Again, I called for an update. Same Indian accented man answers and again knows nothing and boss is not there. I told him that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I also insisted on a return call from the boss within 1 hour. (It's 2:15 pm). Five min later, Indian accented man calls to inform me that the computer will arrive on Thurs. I ask how much. Nothing because it can't be fixed. Boss is not there and too busy to call me. I will never use this business again.

Also they tried to tell me that my HDMI port was broken and wanted around $80 to fix it (8 or so months later its completely functional never had a problem with it) I could have brought it back for them to fix it assumingely for free but I'm a hour out and I ain't got no time for that.
