Even though the repair was approved and accepted, this place NEVER contacted me as the LG Customer Service said he would. Numerous attempts to reach out to this "business" went unanswered and when the phone calls were directed to voicemail, the voicemail box was full (that should tell you something). I received no phone calls, no text messages, no voicemail from him. I did receive an email after about 4 weeks saying he tried to contact me but my phone was off. I have two phones, neither of which was ever off and even if they were the voicemail box is cloud based and will work even if the phones are out of service or in a cell dead spot. I replied to his email and told him both phone numbers and also informed him that a text message was OK if he desired. At that point he cancelled my service call with LG. Very VERY unprofessional. Avoid this business.
