Earlier this year (2025) I opened up a private mailbox with them, and now I visit more frequently. The staff are incredible. They are always friendly, efficient, and quick to answer any questions. I also appreciate that this location sells merchandise from local small business, such as handmade soaps that I like to buy. Lithia Ford recommended Good Vibrations so I stopped by to check it out. They were able to program the key to start the car. Ben helped us and explained exactly what had to be done. There was quite a bit involved to get it to work so it was worth the $350 to have it done. I started and shut it off numerous times to be sure there were no problems. He told me that John, the owner, was not there today. I have worked in the Recording Industry professionally.
