She suggested HDP and said if anyone could fix it, they could. Joe checked out my computer and found that my hard drive was completely gone. I asked about some files that had been backed up on One Drive. He was able to retrieve these files and then replace my hard drive. Last I heard, two days ago, they only had to put the screws back in. I think I'm the one getting screws. I can't help but wonder what they've actually done to my laptop to have it that long. After several attempts to reach him as he was to be closed for the next two days he finally dropped off a power cord. This is the WRONG POWER CORD! He is not answering his phone.
