I bought a car that didn't have a remote start. It's nice when it's cold outside to go out in the morning and into a warm car. Lithia Ford recommended Good Vibrations so I stopped by to check it out. They were able to program the key to start the car. Ben helped us and explained exactly what had to be done. There was quite a bit involved to get it to work so it was worth the $350 to have it done. I started and shut it off numerous times to be sure there were no problems. The work has a warrantee and Ben said I could call if I had question or problems. I recommend Good Vibrations. Today is Saturday, 11-28-2025. I stopped in Good Vibrations today. I met Two Employees. The first man I met was wearing dark Gray Overall, Had long, stringy, UNWASHED HAIR, needed shave, and I could LITERALLY SMELL him from FOUR FEET AWAY! Then I met Dolan. MUCH cleaner, dressed for the location; HOWEVER: He was clearly interested ONLY in selling me something-anything. He did a VERY poor job answering my questions, and when I shared the reasons I stopped by the store, it was obvious to me that he could not have been MORE DISINTERESTED if he had come out and said so to my face! He kept veering away from anything I wanted to talk about, and the entire time, he had this "Deer in the Headlights" look in his Eyes-I have no idea WHY he looked that way. He told me that John, the owner, was not there today. I have worked in the Recording Industry professionally. I have completed projects for the US Coast Guard, Oregon State Police, The National Park Service, and Lucasfilm. The Good Vibrations Employees I met today could not have been more UN-professional! It's a nice looking store, decent Gear, but the two employees I met today will have me looking elsewhere! I had an intoxalock ive had recalibrated here once, but the next couple if times i got it recalibrated i couldnt do it here, I had to go to california and do it. This isn't the reason for the review though. Theres a guy who has a baby face there. The guy acts cool when his manager is there, but when the manager isn't there, the guy is a complete ass. The last time i saw them, his co worker had to talk for him because he was being such a douche. The co worker was nice and explained everything, apologized and was nicer than most would be. Babyface on the other hand just seemed like he was over working there and couldn't care less about keeping his job. He was really rude. read more

This is good home electronics, as well as car stereo store in Roseburg. These guys are pretty much the sound pros for the town, pretty much dominating all marketing and advertising for this industry in the area. I had already done some research prior to coming in, so I pretty much knew what I wanted. The service guys were pretty knowledgable about the equipment they carried, and were able to describe the ins and outs of the system I was purchasing. They carry all the top brands too! read more

I came out to visit my parents in order to update their home with whole house audio and upgrade their home theater. I contacted Good Vibrations to come out and install some in-wall and wall mounted speakers. They were very easy to work with and came out the next day from my initial phone call, working within my visits time constraints. The following 3-5 days I had to change out several old components to get everything working, as we switched several systems. Needless to say I spent a lot of time both on the phone and at their shop during this project. The sales team and the installers were excellent! They were a big help, we got everything done and my parents love their new systems. In particular I liked their knowledge of the older systems my parents had and the newer systems they offer giving me a solution in which I could blend some of the old equipment in with new stuff. They were always very prompt in calling me back with my questions, before and after purchases. I really liked their service and support, I will be using them in the future! read more

I had them install a stereo & a cb unit and they did a terrible job on both installs. Forgot to hook up certain parts (aux cable on stereo), neglected to return parts that they "forgot" to install (spring for cb antenna). 2 months after the install the antenna came loose because they used a rusty incompatible screw - massive scratches in the paint from the metal bracket working loose. SO DISAPPOINTED. What a waste of my money and time. read more

While recently on a trip to see my family in Roseburg my old iPod adapter died in my Volvo. Faced with an 8 hour drive home in just a couple days I looked at local stores to see who would possibly have access to a replacement adapter for my car. The team at Good VIbrations ordered in the newest device and got the new adapter in just one business day for no additional charge. They helped me with everything I needed to get it installed before my trek home. Got a new head unit installed here, install time was great however I showed displeasure in the sound quality after and they brushed it off. Next day I came back and without taking a second look to troubleshoot they told me I needed to amplify and add new speakers even though I already have high quality speakers. Fast forward to today, I once again explained the issues with the volume and sound quality and they once again tried selling me whole new speaker system. I took my vehicle to Pro Car Stereo and fixed the issue without installing anything. All Good Vibrations wants is to boost their commission rather than help fix the issue. I do not recommend coming here, go down the road to save yourself from buying unnecessary equipment. read more

If they asked a few questions, I was going to have them install a surround sound in the RV, remote start in the Volvo, and upgrade the sound system in the Volvo. Friendly and professional service! Two techs came to our home and arranged a 7.1 theatre system completely - from out of the box to wall mount TV and all full size speakers ( a couple on the ceiling) with components out of site and remotely controlled from living room. After installation they visited about a week later to fine tune everything. I wanted to get my husband a tv for his shop. This is the third time I have purchased a product from Good Vibrations not only due to quality but the home service is amazing. Not only helping me with selection and the correct set the crew that came out to install was at the top of the service scale. Bud and Austin were here and did a perfect job installing the tv in the shop wiring it and showing me how to use the system. Due to our set up there were some complexities and they just moved through it like it was no big deal. The tv was a gift and part of the gift was the installation! I am happy to pay due to the quality, level of expertise and customer services provided. These folks also put a blue tooth system in my car a few years ago and due to how I treat my car I have had to go in a couple of times and have them fix it. Good job by Smitty setting up my new stereo receiver. He was able to hook up all the different components and get everything working in a short time. He was able to quickly troubleshoot a couple of oddball things that didn't work right away. Did a good job explaining how to use the different functions. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable audiophile himself and loves to talk components/speakers. Some people have baby pictures - Smitty has pictures of his numerous home stereo systems. I've only had one dealing with them and it was excellent. I can't say "I'm a fan" or "woohoo! as good as it gets" but I strongly suggest them and I do give them 5 stars. I had an issues with their competition and took my vehicle to them. They found and fixed my problem and charged me much less than their normal rates since it was an easy fix. I have purchased several items from Good Vibrations. Last year I purchased a pair of Yamaha outdoor speakers. Last weekend I noticed that the speakers sounded "muffled" and not as clear as they once did. Good Vibrations' tech came out to my house, diagnosed the problem and fixed it all for free. First time here asked stereo guy seems like he did not know much of what to sell just showed me the show room was not very helpful. Asked about CB radios did not ask much of what I wanted just pointed to the wall and said that are examples of what we have. Was planning on making a big purchase but not going to do that here. Well where do i start. The sales rep that was "helping" me completed insulted my sub set up saying it was "Sh**ty" which greatly offended me. Then he lied stating it'll only take a hour to 2, realistically it was 6 hours kid you not! The store owner did call after i notified them of my poor service apoligizing for my inconvenience which is the only reason they got 2 stars instead of one. The only thing they offered for my "inconvenience" was some free wiring to save some on my total but hopefully your guys experience will be better than mine. read more
