I found them on a quick search and called them up to see if they could help. They are an authorized Rega dealer so it was exactly what I was looking for. Took it in and they did a complete service: general cleaning, lubrication of components, de-oxify contacts, etc. I chose a Rega ND7 cartridge as the replacement and that was installed as well. They do a very thorough listening test to ensure it's all dialed in optimally. I got my P5 home and....oh my!! Absolutely MASSIVE improvement in sound quality and couldn't believe it sounded this good with the cartridge not even broken in.
