I don't expect a secondhand store to be pristine, but it seems you really have to dig here. Items are sort of haphazardly sorted into messy piles that you have to carefully peruse. Parking is easy and free, with a large lot right outside. Staff was okay overall--nothing particularly memorable--though I did overhear a comment among them about being glad the store was closing soon, which wasn't the most welcoming vibe. The biggest downside for me is the policy: there are no fitting rooms, and all sales are final. No exchanges or returns at all, which makes shopping a bit risky, especially for clothing. Some nice sales going on when I visited, spending on the label colours. That said, if you enjoy digging through a huge inventory and don't mind taking a chance on sizing, or try clothes over your own, it's still worth a visit. Maybe wear a pair of leggings and a bodysuit on your visit :)

These weren't worn-out items. Many pieces were either unworn or in excellent condition. They called us back and said they decided not to take anything due to the "condition." Three full bags. All rejected. It was honestly a huge waste of time -- especially when you take the effort to carefully select higher-end, on-trend brands. Out of curiosity, we brought the exact same bags to Plato's Closet beforehand. They offered us over $200 for everything. So clearly, the "condition" wasn't the issue. Safe to say we'll be taking our business to Plato's Closet from now on. If you value your time and have quality brands, you might want to consider doing the same.
