The sales associate explained to me and my husband that the replacement filtration system is close to about $100 or maybe a little more and the 4th one needs to be replaced every four years which is a little over $300. Well after 2 1/2 years they're saying that the price has changed to $626 yearly instead of $100 AND $368 FOR THE FOURTH FILTER. This is the biggest fraud BAIT AND SWITCH . The office associate said it's legal for them to change the price on a yearly basis, so the price has been changed. So they want payment of $960 (80.00 month x 12) for the unit + $626 yearly for 3 filter and every 4 years $368 for the 4th filter. The sales associate did not explain this he misrepresented the cost. We were aware that we had to replace filters just not at this price "we were told at least $100". And for them to come out and replace it as a service call it's another $230. If we had known this we would have never gotten this system. I'm not a rich person I live on paycheck to paycheck. It's sad because I'm trying to cancel and get out of this bad situation and they're just laughing at me. The girl said it'll ruin my credit if I tried to cancel as she's laughing. But I'm gonna be writing letters to my credit bureau on a monthly basis with my statement. THIS IS FRAUD, bait and switch and it's not legal! Is the Manager and two other ladies that work in the office. They also have a pool table in one room, & then the computer room and then the kitchen and dining hall. They pass out a new calendar of activities and the meals. Very organized here. I have made many new friends here. They also have a bus for people who need a ride each day. I think this is wonderful! They have field trips, daily activities, such as Tai Chi, nutrition classes, crochet classes, Spanish classes, Zumba and so much more. Pros: the only thing that costs any money is 50 cents per card for bingo. Plenty of parking. Cons: I am not sure how I become an actual "member".

The gentleman recommended which direction to head in but didn't say how far you could travel in that direction or anything to be aware of. He also didn't say what I know, which is the one direction has quite a strong current and the other doesn't. I saw a couple who clearly had no experience paddle boarding struggle to get out onto the water. Though it's a public creek it would be nice if the company swept the route daily to pick up trash. I kayaked by several boards with nails sticking up and lots of plastic bottles.

Oh so nice is Twice The Ice! These automated ice machines are just awesome because they are…read moreconvenient and very well priced for ice and bottled water. For example you get at this Twice The Ice location you can get a 10lb bag of ice for $1.50 or a 20lb bag of ice for $2.00; if you went to Publix you'd pay $2.43 plus tax for 10lbs and $4.41 plus tax for 20lbs of ice. And this location also has purified water that allows you to fill your own jugs for a lot cheaper as well. I use my reusable 5 gallon jug and fill it for only $1.00; at WalMart I'd pay $6.50 plus tax for an exchange. They also sell 1 gallon refills for $.25 and 3 gallons for $.75 at this location. You just can't beat that! But it's not only saving money, it's also convenience. You just pull your car up and grab your ice or water and hit the road. No having to go into a store and wait in line for a cashier or self checkout. So yes! Twice the Ice is oh so nice!
