I started FIT Meals two weeks ago and have lost 3lbs since I started. I count my macros and it's so easy to do so with these meals as they provide all the nutritional info on the packaging. The service is so simple and easy, and the food is soooo good. Usually I'm skeptical about eating prepped meals but these taste like home cooked deliciousness. I love Fit Meals. I do 5 dinners and 5 snacks a week and I have lost over 30 pounds. It has helped me get my portions under control and it is DELISH! The bad review below has to be from a competitor because I have been using this company for about 8 months now and I have never had anything that wasn't amazing. They deliver to your home which is so convenient. Seriously do this for yourself if you are serious about getting your nutrition back on track. Here is my very honest, unbiased review. I tried FIT Meals once before because I was looking for an easy way to healthy eating and I loved the idea of having my meals already made and the nutrition facts already labeled. When I tried my first meal, all I could taste was salt. It was so unappetizing that I trashed the other meals because I didn't even want to try it ($60 down the drain). A week went by and I saw that they posted a menu that looked like it had some good options so I decided to give it another go because I felt like I didn't give them a fair enough chance the first time. So I got 4 different meals again and decided that this time I'd REALLY try to like it since I was still in love with the idea of healthy eating without the cooking. It is fair to say that all of the meals were extremely bland and not to mention that they just do not look appetizing to the eye. The meals are so unflavorful that I can't force myself to eat more than 1/3 until I have to throw out the rest. Not to mention that some of my chicken has a rubbery texture. On the bright side, I guess it will help you lose weight because I'm not eating more than a third of my meals, but I'm sure that wasn't the way they meant for it to be. For me, it is very important to have good tasting food while eating healthy or else I will get bored very quick and start to take up some unhealthy eating habits. I would not recommend this meal prepping place to anyone who is just starting their health journey or someone who plans on having these meals all the time because you will get bored of the very bland, unappealing food before you can even get to your third meal. I gave them two starts because the prices are good and because of the convenience even though that doesn't really matter when the product is not good. I see they have a lot of outstanding reviews and I can't help but to assume that these are mostly biased reviews from their ambassadors (they have a lot), people they know, and/or from people who were offered some kind of coupon for a good review. I can't imagine why else food this awful tasting would have so many outstanding reviews. I'm not a very picky person by any means and I definitely don't take the time to leave reviews but I thought it'd be helpful for me to post my unbiased review for future customers. read more

Very friendly folks creating healthy and delicious meals! They will pick up or deliver locally; pick up and delivery are on Sundays for meals ordered online earlier in the week. The menu changes weekly, with options for weight loss, bulking up, and paleo. I've been ordering from the Paleo plan for almost a month now and picking up my food on Sunday afternoons. They offer a wide variety of very tasty meals, and I've enjoyed everything that I've ordered. The portions are just right so that I'm not hungry but not stuffed. Their prices are slightly below other local meal prep services. I've had questions along the way, and I always get a very quick response to my emails. I love that the owner is a veteran, and I'm glad to support his business. They offer entrees, breakfast, and snacks... all made fresh weekly with healthy ingredients, and they will work with you regarding any dietary requirements you may have.
