I have driven by this machine many times, but never needed ice or when I needed ice. I was going to the grocery store anyway. But, today, this machine was my destiny and changed how I will buy ice forever!!! This is the best way to get ice...pull up, put 1.50 in the machine, and out comes 10 lbs of ice bagged up. You just need to put the twist tie on it. Super convenient. Only negative is that you do need cash (I did not see a credit card pay option, but you may be able to pay via app) You can also get 18 lbs of ice for $2.50 but you need to bring your own container. They also have water dispenser for buying water. read more
