They have plenty of items here that are "new in box" that although the box is banged up, at least it is not growing of mold or anything that can be harmful to you and the items seem to be in mostly near-perfect condition. There seems to be everything here from new in box, to opened returns, to used items that have somehow ended up here (all clearly indicated). They had pallets of Amazon items, Home Depot items (who wants two tubs and a shower shell that probably dont fit together?), etc. Some items are pricey for what they are, but they still seem to be discounted from paying full price, even if it is only $8-10 cheaper. We managed a gem of a brand new in box carseat for half the price they are normally. We had bought a cheapy car seat to travel with and my son hates it, I was desperate to get something he would be able to sit in for a 2.5 hour drive back to the airport later this week and we were fortunate to get an amazing deal at the Big Catch (yes, I got my big catch!). The carseat I purchased is normally in retail stores for $360 plus tax and we got it for $179. The Britax carseats are an expensive brand and the Advocate is the most expensive line they make (reinforced with stainless steel, etc.), heavy and supposed to be the best for transporting kids. Once they are installed in a car properly, they do not move! I thought there must be something wrong with it, so I came into the store and inspected the box, it was manufactured in July 2021 (they are good for 10 years) and the carseat was still in its original plastic. SOLD! We installed it in the parking lot and my son was a happy camper. I may never have the need to come back to The Big Catch but I do recommend anyone shopping to take a peek at their inventory, they have everything from cribs ($120!) to strollers and carseats, microwaves, gaming headphones, etc. I'm sure their inventory is ever-changing but there will be some hidden jewels here for someone!! Also, hilarious sign on the bathroom (see photo). Haha, highly recommend!

I had a wonderful time looking at yesteryear blow-molds, truly vintage Santa's, Milk Bottles, all of those incredible items. The store is large and extends pretty far back with an emphasis on a lot of glass, ceramics, crystal. There were wood items too that were quite rustic as well as some of the old fashioned jugs-crocks. To me, the prices were quite high. I'm sure there may be some bargains plus I'm certainly not an antique expert. The wade figurines offered by red rose were 3$ a piece but where I normally go, they are 1$- just one example. I would definitely go back and it was enjoyable seeing the history and walking down memory lane.

The items weren't unique, were overpriced, and as my girls said "had a funny (musty) smell". Most of the inventory consisted of glassware and dishes, although they did have some other items, but nothing worth a second glance. We weren't greeted upon entry and honestly I don't even recall seeing anyone working the counter. We were the only customers in the store. On the plus side the store was clean, and like I mentioned early spacious to walk thru without knocking anything over. It just wasn't for me. 2 hour street parking is out front with a large two story antique store across the street, so although this wasn't for me, if you like to hunt it's worth a visit.
