Our family recently purchased one bedroom suite for my daughter. The matching black circle mirror for the dresser was back-stocked, so we opted to pick up that piece at a later time to also save money. BIG MISTAKE! A worker assisted in loading this large heavy piece into our car for transport. After moving, we opened the packaging to discover we were provided with a square white mirror vs the black circle we paid for. When I called to attempt making an exchange for the correct mirror I was given the options consisting of the following conditions: 1. Paying for delivery fees for the delivery of the correct mirror and pick up of the wrong one (unless of course I wanted to use my gas and time to lift and transport the extremely heavy mirror back for exchange myself and personally installing the new one). 2. Having a 4 hour delivery time window where I had to be available, which would only be provided the day prior to delivery, possibly conflicting with work schedules. Long story short- we were forced into choosing the 4 hour delivery option. It was eventually delivered and installed. While the delivery team was courteous and helpful, the customer service who handled the phone conversations and scheduling were less than. While I love the products, the customer service (lack thereof) has me weighing other options for all future furniture purchases.

The product purchased was sold to us as a life proof flooring that would work best for our lifestyle, family size, and dog. We installed flooring in several rooms upstairs (ones not typically used daily) and started to install downstairs. Scratches occurred in our hallway, living room and bathroom which caused great concern. At that point we decided to stop the installation and reached out to the store we purchased it from. They suggested we contact the warranty department. We did, sent pictures and a list of concerns. They asked us to send two full boxes so they could be tested, which we did. They were certain it would be from the same lot even though we bought over 2.5 pallets. Within days we received an email saying there were no issues and the flooring passed the 3 tests. When we responded to that email asking for further information and again express our concerns we were dismissed. I reached out asking to speak with a supervisor, was given contact information and sent her an email. That was last week and no response. As I've said before, we spent over $7,000 and have started to remove the flooring we just put down due to poor quality and lack of durability. We sent pictures showing damage in several areas. Here is the response, note that scratches are not covered under warranty. Basically if there are people, pets, sinks, toilets, furniture, shoes, kids, toys or appliances in your home, this product is not for you.  "Good Afternoon, I hope you all are doing well. I'm sending this email in regards to your flooring concern. I have spoken with my team in regards to your recent communications with us in regards to your floor and having to take it up. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to further assist with the flooring concern due to the scratches not being covered under our warranty and the planks passing our QA sample review. Per the warranty, we cover for finish wear concerns due to normal residential use conditions that result in the exposure of the decorative layer, in which we had the right to investigate to validate that. But we don't cover for site and environmental related concerns such as scratches. It states on page 5 of the warranty,  "Site and Environmental Conditions. Defects or damages resulting from: site conditions (such as extreme heat, radiant heat (for some products), or exposure to sand); indentations and scratches (caused by furniture, heavy rolling loads like un-modified wheels on caster chairs, castor chairs without protection mats, heavy electric wheel chairs, metal or thin wheels on appliances, tools, grit, heels, pets nails and claws, toys, etc.); improper maintenance and accidents; misuse and abuse. These items are not covered under this limited warranty" On page 33 of the warranty and install guide, there is care and maintenance guide for you to look at on how the take care of the floor and how prevent denting, gouges and scratches on the floor since it still can be damaged if not careful. It was stated by you all that the floor has been pulled up. If you decide to reinstall the floor or possibly install a new floor with us, we would recommend you to review the install and warranty guide for that particular floor. We appreciate your time and patients with us and thank you for choosing LL Flooring."

For my attention challenged friends, here's the short version:…read more If you need help purging, finding the right home for your items, creating systems that actually make sense, and adding labels so everything stays that way, hire Room to Bloom. If you are overwhelmed and craving the peace that comes from less clutter and everything having a designated place, it is worth it. Long version: We bought our home in 2020, and it was a full gut renovation. We are still living only on the first floor, while the upstairs remains mostly unfinished except for a small office. Our house currently has no linen closet, and we are sharing one small bathroom as a family of five. Because of this, we have been storing items in places that do not really make sense, simply out of necessity. At one point, I bought a large IKEA cabinet and put it in one of the kids' rooms just to store towels and sheets. With a family of five, we do a lot of laundry and accumulate a lot of stuff. We also have a side entrance that slowly became a dumping ground for anything we wanted out of sight. Every six months we would clean it, only for it to turn back into a junk room pretty quickly. Since we are not using the upstairs yet, we largely ignored the problem. Over the summer, I had a vision for the space with a custom bench/hall-tree and storage, so I bought multiple IKEA cabinets. A few family members had passed away or downsized over the years, and I had inherited many seasonal items and kitchen items. The volume alone felt paralyzing. We got the floors done and the cabinets in place and even after multiple passes of purging, I still felt overwhelmed by stuff and stuck. One of our kids has special needs and she often goes into the younger kids room and dumps out baskets and empties the book shelves. It's hard to keep up and I felt totally defeated. I decided to ask for help and I'm so glad I did! One of the most helpful parts was having an impartial, logical person there to talk through decisions without emotion or pressure. Krysta helped me move items out quickly so I did not second-guess myself, and she reorganized spaces in ways I never would have thought of. She also consolidated items so things that belonged together finally lived in the same place. She brought her trusty label maker, which made all the difference in creating systems that will actually last. We have a long dresser in the dining room that also turned into junk drawers and randomness. After collected all the baskets and storage bins we could use for the foyer, we began gathering items that didn't belong in other rooms and got to work. We already had a craft cabinet in the foyer, so she said it made sense to move all craft supplies out of the kids' room and into one centralized location. It was her idea to switch out which cabinet was designated for crafts and games and it ended up making much more sense. She also solved the recurring problem in the kids room by bringing arts and craft related items out and storing other items away safely so our other child couldn't access them anymore. We designated drawers for non-Christmas gift wrapping, bday party supplies, paint, games, flashlights, candles, light bulbs, beads, crayons, markers, etc., shelves for kitchen items not used daily, paper, everything has a home! While I'm not sharing pics of the kids room, I do have many of the foyer (I still have to paint the cabinet doors and get them hung- it's on the list lol) and the donate pile. If you have been considering hiring a professional organizer, do not hesitate. Krysta accomplished in one day what I had been trying to do for months, honestly closer to years. I am so grateful for her help. Thank you, Krysta!!!

Somehow they managed to create a room that feels organized, beautiful, and functional all at once. Every detail was so thoughtfully done, and it finally feels like each of my girls have their own little spaces and moments. Beyond their skill (which is incredible), what really stood out to me was how kind, compassionate, and understanding they were throughout the entire process. They made me feel so comfortable from the very start, never judging, always encouraging, and brought such a calm energy into our home. Room to Bloom truly has a gift for what they do. They don't just organize spaces. They bring peace, order, and a little bit of joy back into your home. I'm endlessly grateful and can't recommend them highly enough.
