I waited to be fitted in for about 90 minutes. They took the circular x-ray, and couple of others once in the chair. They went over what had to be done. They were kind, sympathetic, and the tech even let me squeeze her hand as the tooth was bring pulled. The crack was long and deep as the x-ray showed. Dr. Paige was wonderful as were Ali and Renatta (sp). I also knew what I had to pay before it all really began and offered the payment plan if needed. But since it has been taken over by Elite Dental it has gone completely down hill. They charged our HSA account the full amount for a procedure my wife had done. Then they billed our insurance company for the full amount as well. We have been trying to get the HAS card credited for the difference of $802.00 since April. They are not contesting the error they just aren't posting the credit. We've had multiple conversations with them and they have committed to getting us the credit but they still have not done so. Obviously we have left them and found a new dentist. We have taken the matter up with the Better Business Bureau, our Insurance Company, and the fraud department of our HSA. These are not honest people.

I went to Costa Rica and got a US educated Dentist that uses the same German Zirkonzahn implants and techniques for under $15k. These US markups are intolerable money grabs! All Dentists should be kind and make their money while simultaneously serving the community by improving their patients' health at a reasonable cost.
