I was amazed how easy the procedure was - it was done before I knew it. I think because of his decades of experience, he is the best around. I don't do many reviews, but I thought he deserved a fantastic one. Lastly, I had an issue with my insurance company, and he and his staff personally got involved to reduce my cost by hundreds of dollars. They sent personalized letters to the insurance company and provided all of the documents needed to pay for the procedure. That is great customer service from the beginning to the end!!!

First they had to give me a $550 workup and then they wanted to charge me for periodontal care for over $2000, then a bridge for a total of over $10k. I of course, said that I just wanted the extraction. I have good insurance, but even after insurance they charged me $375 out of pocket to remove a tooth that literally was falling out of its socket. Then to add insult to injury a month later I got a bill for another $168. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!! I'll go to a back yard mechanic next time before I set foot in ANY Aspen Dental location. I called back and asked them to send proof. They sent via snail mail the policy again with no proof - becaue they made a mistake and clearly unwilling to admit it. It is because we are not spending enough money there. We have only had cleanings in the last couple years. Unbelievable. Over 25 years of care and this is how they treat their patients.
