But since it has been taken over by Elite Dental it has gone completely down hill. They charged our HSA account the full amount for a procedure my wife had done. Then they billed our insurance company for the full amount as well. We have been trying to get the HAS card credited for the difference of $802.00 since April. They are not contesting the error they just aren't posting the credit. We've had multiple conversations with them and they have committed to getting us the credit but they still have not done so. Obviously we have left them and found a new dentist. We have taken the matter up with the Better Business Bureau, our Insurance Company, and the fraud department of our HSA. These are not honest people.

My teeth aren't in that bad a shape for my age. They constantly tried to get me to sign for the $10 grand. First they had to give me a $550 workup and then they wanted to charge me for periodontal care for over $2000, then a bridge for a total of over $10k. I of course, said that I just wanted the extraction. I have good insurance, but even after insurance they charged me $375 out of pocket to remove a tooth that literally was falling out of its socket. Then to add insult to injury a month later I got a bill for another $168. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!! I'll go to a back yard mechanic next time before I set foot in ANY Aspen Dental location. Screw me......screw you!!
