This pain clinic is great as long as you don't owe them a balance. If you do, they'll drop you like a hot potato.

I spent $5,000 plus supplements which did nothing. For all of us who suffer with chronic back pain, we would do anything to be pain free. This just didn't work for my situation and when he recommended I consider stem cell therapy I moved on. This may work for others but if you rate this based on results I have to give it this rating.

I opted for PT and after a couple weeks of no results I went searching and came across MN Disc Institute. Meeting with Dr. Jamy was the best thing that could have happened. First off I cannot thank him enough for giving me the flexibility with everything going on in my life when we 1st met with the different pay options, etc. Without the treatment he provided me, I would not be where I am at today. I think its been about a year or so since my last treatment and I can say I am still pain free. I have been able to complete a couple rounds of P90X one as a super modified version as more of rehab and core strengthening and another where I was able to go at it and get back in shape. I am just finishing up my 1st round of P90X2 in preparation for Tough Mudder (Google it if you don't know what it is). Again, a big thanks for everything he did to help me get back to living normal again.

A few weeks ago I awoke with…read moreinexplicable and painful kink or pull in my waist/torso area that I had never experienced before. I couldn't readily identify the source of the pain nor attribute it to anything I had recently done. It got progressively worse over the course of the day, and got to a point that I knew I needed help. I wasn't sure if I needed to see a doctor, a chiropractor, a masseuse, or someone else. I happened upon Kim Pilgrim's website and decided to give it a try. Gently and patiently, Kim's therapy coaxed out whatever pull/kink I had developed. I felt quite a bit better by the end of the session, and felt progressively better that evening. By the time I woke up the following morning, no pain remained. Thank you Kim! Your therapy was magic and exactly what I needed!
