I almost NEVER write reviews but I had to this morning because the excellent service the crew from Twin Enviro Services provided to my neighborhood deserves to be recognized. A bear (or two) went on a rampage and tore open all the trash cans on two streets in my neighborhood (maybe more). The crew from Twin Enviro picked up each any every piece of trash that had been scattered on the ground. It must have taken them twice as long to do their route! Twin Enviro Services has merged with Republic Services, which, I believe did a hostile take over of Howard trash removal. I used Howard for over 15 years and had no reason to complain. Republic, except for raising prices also gave me no reason. For this time my trash was picked up every other Wednesday the same as Howard. This morning I received a robo call at 6:30 AM stating that Twin Enviro was picking my trash at 6:00 AM. Only prior notification was about their "Hostile" take over and billing instructions. read more

Twin environmental has left our neighbors trash in their dumpster for weeks now. Their name having the word environmental in it seems to be contradictive. If they were environmental and concerned about promoting bad business, they wouldn't leave peoples trash like that for the surrounding residents to see or smell. I was looking for a trash service and as soon as I realized this was how twin environmental operated, I decided against them almost immediately. I don't know why they wouldn't get their trash. If it has to do with their bill, that is petty and again, bad business. Also considering this business has no idea what people are going through, but they're willing to leave their trash for them to see everyday and still expect a bill. I don't care how big a bill is. Id say if you want it paid you should do your job and remove the trash. Don't be petty and ugly. Do good business, and do the job you say your company does. Ps. I only gave the. We have been with Twin Enviro for years and they are always kind, courteous, always on time for pickup and we have never had a complaint. We highly recommend them. We switched years ago from the "other" company due to severe sanitary issues. P.S. Twin Enviro also gives discounts to veterans, DOC, dr./nurses and first responders. (We are not affiliated with them in any way, nor do we know anyone who works there. Our review is our honest opinion.) That's small town care with a big heart. read more

I was calling yesterday for quotes for a port-a-potty. Twin Enviro was one of the ones I called. All of the others I called included weekly cleaning and service in their quote. They wanted an extra $250 for each cleaning. They told me they charge $100/hour for their cleaning services and travel time so I obviously wasn't going to choose them. I found someone else with a much better price. The people I chose, ASAP, made an appointment with me to deliver the unit. ASAP turned out to be a broker for providers in the area. One of the companies they broker is Twin Enviro. Twin Enviro told ASAP that since I had called them yesterday that I was their customer and that they would only deal with me directly at the same outrageous price they quoted me the day before. When I called Twin Enviro to ask them about this they were rude and basically said "take it or leave it". I think this is terrible business practice. Plus If someone could get $100/hour to clean a toilet or go for a drive I think there would be more people in the business. I have called Twin Enviro in the past for other services and they were always the most expensive. read more

They now penalize everyone because a few bad apples left regular trash in the recycle bin. It was obvious by the weight of my vehicle which only changed by a couple pounds that I wasn't sneaking in trash to the recycle bin and I was charged for a load of trash when all I had was cardboard boxes to recycle. You lost me as a customer. Very disappointed. read more

I was warned by an outgoing truck to watch for roofing nails near where they were having people dump. I asked about it, and they assured me they had scraped and there were no more nails. Well, I picked up a nail anyway. I showed them on my way out and they told me it's just a hazard of going to the dump. Although I understand there's a risk, they should have cleared that spot better or had people dumping in a different area. Unfortunately the tire shop couldn't patch it, and I had to spend a couple hundred bucks to replace the tire. I called and spoke to a manager, and he confirmed they wouldn't help me with the cost. read more

Rude management. My bill is now more than double for 2019 From $45 a quarter to $95 This is for pick up twice a month. They often missed me even twice a month! They have us over barrel because we don't have another choice being only slightly out of the Springs. This seems double of what others charge. This company cant be trusted to be fair read more

I had been a satisfied customer for over 8 years. In the last year or so prices have gone up and customer service has gone down. Recently my bins were missed 2 weeks in a row, so I'm not terribly interested in hearing excuses. They used to be great at customer service. I rarely had issues, but when I did they were on top of it. This latest problem was met with indifference from the receptionist, so I asked to speak with her boss. Here may be the source of the problem. The guy seems to be either too dim to comprehend and solve a problem, or too arrogant to care. So I ended my service and went with Howard disposal. Turns out their service is less expensive, and I hope they will be better. read more
