The next day two gentlemen and the truck showed up, they looked at the bunk bed and explained how pricing works. To disassemble and remove the bed and mattresses was going to be nearly $500. That was out of my price range and declined the service that day. I guess pricing is based off the space the items takes up in their truck, labor is (I think) the first hour free then $50 per 15minutes after that. Mattress removal is $40 per mattress. Despite declining service, I want to say that the entire process from requesting a quote, to the time the team showed up was very good. The guys were very friendly and respectful and very knowledgeable too. Overall, I had a positive experience with this company and recommend it to others who might need items removed from their house.

Then, shortly prior to their delayed arrival time, they cancelled our move due to a storm they reported an hour away from our location. Nothing but sunshine and clear skies at our location. My husband and I pleaded with them to complete the move but they refused to come. Then they called hire a helper to claim they could not complete the move due to weather. I was able to send pics of the clear skies to hire a helper and At Ease Moving, LLC was marked as a "no show".
