He takes time to review each patients medical history before seeing them and looks for the root of the problem rather than treating the symptoms. During my most recent visit, I told the provider that a specialist thought I could be anemic but…read moreafter requesting my most recent blood work results, this office wouldnt send it. So I was there to follow up on that. The provider looked and said I was low previously, which I was never told about even though i had mentioned i had a history of anemia, and he then did more blood work to check recent numbers. We spoke at length about how i had to have a transfusion in the past because i cant tolerate supplements. After a few days, i didn't get any results so i called to see if they had them in yet. The person who answered the phone looked and said i was low again, and told me the provider said to take the things i told him i couldnt take. I told this person that and i ended up getting put on hold and another person came on the line who was very rude and i told her the same thing. She said they would give a message to the doctor. So this is multiple times they ran bloodwork and they dont even tell you about the results or problems. They refuse to send it to other doctors. They disregard their incompetence and they are dismissive and rude when called. It has been weeks of no answers or help. I am just going to find another primary care physician since i can not trust or rely upon this office whatsoever. ​

The receptionist/assistant (i guess?)/motivation for everything you don't wanna look like in life, was thee single handed worst and rudest scum of the earth i have ever encountered. Trying to make an appointment for much needed antibiotics, (due to a horrible open wound infection) and follow up from an ER visit, was the furthest thing from a concern for this lady. After being told to hold (naturally i thought she was with a patient trying to check in) i soon found out i was put on said hold so the woman could wait for a commercial break from the Judge Mathis show. Which could clearly be heard on my end of the phone. Along with her comments about the defendants on the show, all while laughing, and at one point (this blew me away) overheard her say "this fucking mexican!". After the 10 minutes of watching her program she abruptly told me "i have one appt open a 915 tmrw". Me, not being able to make this particular time, asked if there was anything just a bit later. "Ha! No, you can make this time or find another way to score your antibiotics". She actually used the word 'score'.....? I never write reviews. I never wait more than ten mins yet we are never rushed out the door either. Both doctors are very friendly and my boys love them both. Update: Been here for over a year now. We are well settled in and I couldn't be happier. Finding a Dr to replace your kids Dr is hard. I haven't had a single issue with this office. Not once. They're great with referrals also which is a big deal for some offices it seems. Not here. Anything THEY can do in office they gladly do. No shipping you out unless they have to which is also great.
