Dr. Campbell has been my PCP for 12 years, and there are only 1 or 2 others I would consider in his league. First and foremost, Dr. Campbell is the type of physician with whom patients can build a real relationship, which is important to me. He knows my medical history, dovetails the management of my cardiac care with the specialists from U of P, and tailors my general care to fit my needs and priorities (within reason). He is exceptionally knowledgeable and an excellent communicator with a lively sense of humor, which makes "going to the doctor" something I often look forward to. After reading Julia's review, however, I decided Dr. P sounded like my kinda woman, "someone I would love to have a beer with?" say no more. So I scheduled my appointment on Friday and they were able to put me in on Monday. I showed up at 3:30 (my assigned time), fearing I'd end up spending my entire afternoon there. Within 10 minutes I was seen by a nurse and within another 5 Dr. P showed up. She's just awesome. Totally conversational, quick to put you at ease, thorough... We talked about my medical history, she ran through a few exams, prescribed some medicine for my nagging cough, and sent me off for some blood work. I was out of the office by 4:15! I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable, I did not feel safe. This was not the first time I've received attitude upon entering this place, I will not be returning for any medical emergencies.

Calls to office 3x's week for over 30 days are ignored. The management company overseeing LOA will not process claim until appropriate documents are received. Office manager and Dr Scott refuses to complete form without any follow up to patient or management company. It pains me to write this but it is simply the truth.
