They are not special needs friendly.. especially for children. They are rude and I will not go back.

I just moved to Dickson and went to DeLoach 3 years ago. He said I needed a certain amount of…read morework. I was sceptical about the work he said I needed. The office is set up to maximize profit. You can get botox, they push "special herbal" expensive mouth wash and the list goes on. He is only interested in taking as much money from you in my opinion. I never had to do all the work he suggested 3 years later. After working in the dental field many decades ago, take this as a warning. He is only interested in money and not care. In my opinion, It's fleecing of the flock.

But today I must write yet another review for Dr. DeLoach, Wendy, and their Team at the Center for Dental Excellence, because they are still the best experience I have had in any dental office, hands-down! I had an appointment with them today, and again, it stood out how professional, thoughtful, and friendly everyone is in their office, and I mean Everyone. The minute you walk in the door, you can't miss the genuine kindness, and professionalism that is present... The care I received today was, once again, exceptional... It is so clear that Dr. DeLoach really loves what he does... But I must also mention the dental assistant I had today; her name was Cheyenne, and she worked so flawlessly alongside Dr. DeLoach, I swear she reads his mind.... The teamwork between them was flawless, it is clear that she has been working with him for many years... Thank you to the Center for Dental Excellence, you are all Awesome...!!

I had been going to this dentist for 3 years for cleanings, fillings, etc. and was considering…read moregetting Invisalign's after I was told they could fix other areas that my previous Invisalign's from another dentist did not. It was out-of-network but insurance still covered most and the office was nice so I continued going. My husband (who hadn't seen a dentist in years) cracked 2 teeth and was in severe pain. Thankfully, they got him in the next business day. One tooth had to have a root canal and the other a filling. He was sent to an orthodontist in Clarksville that did the root canal and Sango did the filling. He was also told he had to have special caps for his teeth that insurance did not cover, gum treatment that had to be done in 2 treatments due to insurance, and scheduled him for another filling after looking at his teeth again. Overall, after insurance was maxed out, this cost us around $3000 and we hadn't even paid for the filling that was going to cost $500. This was an insane amount so we decided to go to another dentist that he had seen in his hometown. $200 for the filling they said. He went to his original dentist 45 minutes away and they quickly saw from his x-rays that his tooth was so bad that it needed pulled. And that it would only cost $500. The time between this appointment and the appointment Sango made for his filling was 1 month. No way the tooth had gotten that bad in a month's time span. We are both livid over the amount of work he has had done for so much money and the fact that he had to keep going back (roughly 6 appointments) just for them to keep telling him he needed something else done to probably keep getting money from these separate appointments. I have already switched dentist's and am hoping my teeth are fine after seeing how they handled my husband's case. Seems like quick and inadequate work to charge insurance and patients sky-high rates. Yes, everyone is nice and the place is pretty, but I'd rather have healthy teeth for less than a million dollars.

I paid for all of my dental work up front at this time. On my first visit I waited 3 hours and by 500 pm they took me back. The dentist did not come back to my cubicle. I went to the front desk and there sat the dentist so after some heated words I made another appointment to have my 1st extraction done. On my 2nd visit, it took 1.5 hours to extract my tooth. My post-op instructions said to go back 7-10 days to have the sutures removed. I made an appointment 9 days out to have this done. On the day before, I received a call from them saying that their policy had changed and I would have to pay an additional $25.00 as a post-op fee to have my sutures removed. This fee was not on my original care plan cost and was a new policy. I told them I would not pay the additional fee because it was not on my initial care plan AND it was an after the fact new policy. They canceled my appointment. They said they would give me a refund after several call between myself and the co-founder, Sabrina Blue. but that I was being discharged as a patient. That was in May. I went back to my old dentist the next day and there were no sutures in my socket. The sutures were dissolvable. I put in a consumer complaint with the Attorney General of Tennessee in late June about them not refunding my fees AND them charging an additional $25.00 as a post-op fee to all these poor people to remove something that has dissolved. Finally, I received my refund almost 2.5 months after I was told I would receive it but the issue about them charging for removal of "dissolvable " sutures was NOT satisfactorily addressed The fact that they are charging for work to remove something that does not exist is an abominable thing to be doing to poor people who do not have much money. Tomorrow I go back to my original dentist to have my other tooth extraction and it is going to cost me more than 3 times more to have it done. This is not a professional place to go to for dental work, it's economical(cheap) but you get what you pay for. Be weary of this place.
