Scans are always taken in a timely manner, and I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes at a time. If it's your first visit, make sure to come in early to complete their patient intake data form. With any medical care, be sure to bring valid ID and all of your insurance cards. All of the doctors and assistants here are really thorough in explaining risks associated with surgery and after care. I received a detailed packet of information from what medicine to expect, timeline of swelling, and several other relevant details. Questions I posed were sincerely and carefully answered by everyone. Front desk staff especially were working both to answer techincal calls about insurance and aftercare questions via the phone while also checking in patients. Parking is generous in a private lot with extra room in the back of the building. Definitely recommend if you are referred for oral surgery.

After being told I needed 7 inlays by one dentist and 4…read morecrowns by another when I was having absolutely no problems with my teeth, Dr. Wilson was recommended by a retired dentist as a caring dentist who would work with me to CONSERVE my teeth. And he has done so in the most patient and caring way. Part of my desire to avoid unnecessary dental work is because over the past 10 years, I have become developed heat and cold sensitivity of my teeth and intolerant of any vibration (polishing) on my teeth. One dentist aborted drilling because I could not tolerate the sound and sensation even after being fully numb. Dr. Wilson did a thorough assessment and while he said some of my fillings were showing signs of wear, there was no immediate need for action. A year later, there were a few areas that needed attention. For the cleaning last week, there was a neck pillow to take the tension out of my neck, the rinse water was warmed and the polishing was done quickly. An overall excellent experience. For the 3 areas that needed attention, we decided to do it in 2 appointments. Today, I took valium one hour prior to the procedure, used nitrous, and pumped Adele into my AirPods to help block the drill noise. The work was not extensive, but I felt nothing. I was ecstatic and relieved. I will use the same plan for my next visit in 3 weeks. I drive an hour to Warner Parks Family Dental and would gladly drive 2 hours for this exemplary care focused on my needs.

Despite their website indicating that they want to help you maximize your insurance benefits, they…read morehave deliberate anti-consumer internal policies when it comes to notifying patients of out-of-network status. Given our experience, we do not believe this practice prioritizes patient financial interests. My wife came in for a routine cleaning in March 2026 and presented our new insurance (Guardian DentalGuard Preferred) but was never informed it was out of network. Because of this, we did not get the opportunity to seek care elsewhere before services were rendered. Had we been known we were out of network, we would have gone to an in-network provider and owed nothing. Instead, we received a bill *months later* for $183. Their website says "We accept all traditional dental PPO insurances" and tells you to hand over your insurance card so they can "handle the hassle of dealing with insurance companies." A reasonable patient assumes that means they'll flag anything important about your coverage. Instead, we were told that they "assume all patients are aware of their network status", even though confirming this assumption would be as simple as an extra sentence or two. To make things worse, Guardian's own provider directory still lists a former Rachel Oates location as in-network... so even if you do your homework through Guardian's tools, you may still get the wrong answer. We tried multiple times to resolve this directly. No acknowledgment, no movement on the bill. If are a patient, or want to be one, we recommend: 1.) Call your insurer directly to confirm this practice is in network. Do not ask the practice. 2.) Review all coverage details beforehand so you are personally knowledgeable about any potential costs. 3.) Ask for a cost estimate before any work is done. In our experience, they do not offer this proactively. Or, just go to another dental practice that does these things for you.

They did a simple bridge replacement for me, the dental…read moreinsurnace paid all contracted charges (over thousands of dollars), and we have met their billings staff in person and had the insurance company on the phone to verify the patient's liabilty is only $25, and we have sent them the EOB showing that, despite all those, they continue to bill us in excess of $2500, and will not respond our calls and letters to resolve this issue. Who runs a business like this? When you knowingly sent a false bill in the mail, it is mail fraud, simple as that.
