We used to go there weekly and while they're were some kinks occasionally we kept going for the atmosphere and because we like to keep our business local. We had a bad experience a couple of months ago and hadn't been back since. We decided to give them another try tonight. We waited 1.5 hours for our food and when we finally got it, both orders were wrong. The manager came over and tells us that she read our previous review and we are not welcome to come back. Mom's pot roast is great. Our problem was what is called a micro aggression, and actually consumer fraud. I'm not really bothered by it but it speaks to the culture of greed and discrimination. In the end we will all vote with our dollar. After a good meal we ordered drinks. The vodka soda on the ticket as Tito's. I did not call for a premium vodka. So am I expected to allow an upcharge ? You know I didn't. They swapped out the drink but didn't correct the ticket until I brought it up again. The manager has to be called to correct in at the register but failed to apologize, and I again don't care. Untill they publish steps to correct this, I know I will vote with my dollar. read more

Teagan & Courtney at the bar were extremely rude. We are from San Antonio & decided to stop by to watch the eagles game. After being ignored twice, we had to ask another bartender for assistance. They are still new but with such a small space waits for drinks and food should not be as long. I get the place being new and whatnot but they are not really measuring up to the Normal Twin Peaks you would expect. I had never been before and wanted to try. HUGE MISTAKE. Looked better than Hooters because it's updated but I got food poisoning from the chicken. Sick in bed for two days. Came in sunday and got seated on the patio. Sat for 10 minutes without a single server coming to greet us. I went to the host stand to tell them we haven't gotten a server; and as i was standing in the front of the line at the host stand the girl proceeded to help the people behind me that had just walked in. Finally she said she would send our server, went back and sat for almost another 10 minutes with NO SERVER, so we just left. I've been in the service industry for 5 years and i have a lot of patience especially when a restaurant is busy, but this was just ridiculous. First and last attempt today with medium size group. Was turned away from an empty restaurant because of "lack of staff" according to the manager - while 5 staff stood and watched. Should have looked at their ratings first, no surprise. Manager clearly has no business incentive to serve customers. I Have never been turned away from an empty restaurant. Service at the bar SUCKS especially when you have the duo of Gabby and Madison. I sat for 20 minutes before I was asked what I wanted to drink and I even waved at Gabby. That was A Sunday the cowboys were playing and it was busy so I let it go. So Monday night and there are six people at the bar and it took 20 minutes to get a beer because they were flirting with a guy two seat away from me. I finally got Gabby to take my food order after like 30 minutes. Food was good but service sucks at the bar. I will sit at a table from now on and hopefully J.J. from Baton Rouge is there her service and demeanor is impeccable. read more

I loved this place until the last 2 times my uncle and I went, the kitchen was not only slow as dirt, but the last time the manager tried to tell the customers we were wrong when we had been seated for nearly an hour without our chicken wings being served. She then tried to show us that our order had been put in only 10 minutes ago by showing us the ticket. It was obvious at this point that the order was never placed until we complained and she tried to tell us we were wrong about it over and over. Instead of giving us a discount or comping a drink or 2, she decided to belittle and degrade us, even saying, "well, you can cash out now if you'd like." I have never been to a single restaurant that has treated it's customers in this manner. It was a disgusting display of poor judgement and character on the managers part. My family and I will never visit this location again unless we find out this manager has been removed or demoted. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. read more

If I could give this place zero stars. I WOULD. I came here with a friend while my mom and her boyfriend wanted to drink and watch the game. mom had a terrible experience here before but decided to give it another chance. BIG mistake. Many people were served before her including my table that ordered after her. When she finally got her food both her and her boyfriend were missing half of the meal. Basically just got the entree. When management was informed they told her they would take care of it but not to come back?!?! The manager was a lady With black hair. How dare you as a manager say that after delivering sub-par service. Her big back tail needed to be worried about the quality of food coming out of her kitchen. Not telling her paying guests to not come back. As someone in management myself I would be ashamed if my kitchen and servers were as inattentive as hers were. Additionally her attitude has no place in the service industry. You can get away with those things, but when hard working people come to spend their money they deserve quality service. Food is good but service needs some work. With everything going on probably difficult to find people but please train to be more attentive to all the customers. They seem to be laser focused on some and forget about others or just get sidetracked. Servers are very friendly just need more direction. I'll keep going back. I'm sure it will improve with time and experience. read more

Went to watch Cowboys vs Rams there was a gnat in my Green Tea. Went back last night to watch Cowboys vs Eagles, there was a hair in my Green Tea shot, sent back, the next one was watered down, sent back. Ordered chips and queso and there was a LONG hair in my food. Complained to manager, who they said was bar manager, asked her to comp our liquor she said no. She said she already took off the shots and queso. YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO IT HAD HAIR IN IT! Then she came back closed out our tab and told us she wasnt doing anything else. THIS IS YOUR FAULT; NOT OURS! She leaves comes back and offers us a free chips and queso for next time. NEXT TIME?! YOU DIDNT EVEN GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME! Terrible experience. To start off, i ordered a beer with a salted rim and lime and she forgot. Then it came time to order & I said "can I order 12 wings naked" and I asked her, "is naked y'all's version of classic wings?" And she said yes. So I said "I'll order that with spicy Thai chili sauce" and she said okay, asked what side we wanted, and left. She delivered our food and immediately took off. I looked down and realized the wings came completely wrong, but she was gone before i could say anything. She never came back to check on us so we got up to look for her to tell her the order came wrong and if she could replace the wings with the right flavor. She came back and said "I talked to my manager and he asked if I could bring you a side to drizzle over the wings?" Which is so weird, they were two opposite flavors and would taste gross drizzled over one another. So we said "no, we would like a replacement, we ordered that flavor." Then the manager comes over to talk to us. He says "I heard y'all ordered wrong and want a replacement?" My fiancé said "come again?" And he said "YOU ordered wrong and you want a replacement? My server said she took your order and repeated it back to you so you all messed up and want it replaced." At this point, we didn't feel comfortable reordering since the manager was being hostile with us. So we didn't argue, we just asked for the check. It was clear the server lied to him because she never read back our order and we never ordered the flavor she brought. I've never been to a restaurant that had such horrible customer service & blamed the customers for their mistake. I never write reviews but I was completely taken back by the manager blaming us for a misunderstanding. It could have all been avoided by just fixing the issue. Also during my time there I went to the restroom and one of the servers walked into the stall next to me. She took off her apron and put it on the bathroom floor next to the toilet while she peed.
