The Inn is run by a lovely couple Cheryl and John who couldn't have been more helpful. We originally reached out by email, which was respond to quickly. Then the email was followed up with phones for payment, which was extremely reasonable for this over the 4th. After speaking with them it felt like we had known them for years. My wife's family has been coming to The Juliana for over 30 years now, and I've been going for over…read morea decade. In that time period, there have been many ebbs and flows to the quality of the experience. Right now appears to be a significant downturn. When the new ownership group took over a few years ago, we were hopeful. Rooms were refreshed a bit, new bedding and towels were purchased. Since then, it's been a steady but slow decline. We always stay in the same rooms, and the shower in room 29 has been leaking in the same spot for the past 3 years now. The deck to room 30 is rotting away and was absolutely filthy when we arrived. The sheets on two of the three beds in room 30 were stained. The entire building ran out of propane our first night there, so there was no gas for the stoves or any hot water our first day and a half. The grill on our deck was absolutely filthy and had old food lodged under the grill plates. The stove's burner was partially disassembled and had soot all over the place. These are oversights that never would have occurred when Eric was running the show. While all of these oversights throughout the property have happened, the costs has grown exorbitantly under the new ownership group. It's a terribly sad thing to see. The location is still fantastic, and the front-facing staff there are still wonderful, but it seems like the absent ownership is taking the profits from this property and putting them into their other properties in the Lake George property. We'll probably give The Juliana one more chance purely for nostalgia's sake, but if we don't see significant improvement next year, it will sadly be time to move on. There are far too many properties up and down the lake to accept what The Juliana is providing for the price point they are charging.

Cabin had kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, screened porch and even a loft for an extra bed if needed. It was equipped with the little items you need for your stay. A/c worked great as the day was hot! Staff was friendly and do a great job keeping the resort looking beautiful. Tons of trees for shade and right on Schroon River so plenty to do in the area. They have a pool, horseshoe pits, playground, tubes for rent, and an activity zone. It's also just a short drive to town for food, coffee, things to do, etc. The best part is the store has little gifts for you to remember your trip! Definitely worth coming to if you're looking for a campground resort in the area!

The bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen (nicely updated fixtures, not a trace of dirt could even be seen on the floors, the soap smelled amazing and the air freshner wasn't too pungent like it was trying to mask "other smells"). The property manager, Harry, and other groundskeepers, were so attentive and friendly; checked on us periodically, always asking if we needed anything. We stayed on a "lower" site. It was spacious, shaded perfectly, easy access to water and electricity, and the view and beach/river access is a bonus. Even in late September, we were able to enjoy the soft, warm sand, and the cool, refreshing, clear water. The playground/play areas were a hit for my 4 yr old. Again, the cleanliness and upkeep of those structures were a pleasant surprise. I'm certain we'll be back!

This B&B has been reviewed very favorably on trip advisor and therefore we decided to stay here…read more however we were not impressed given the 250 per night price tag. breakfast one morning was meaty so my vegetarian husband couldnt even partake. the room we stayed in (one of the biggest) was dated. the magazines were from 2005. the fireplace was a nice perk but the innkeepers ask that we have them show us how to use it...but during the day (after bfast) they are nowhere to be found. the robes smelled like an attic. toiletries were samples of shampoo/conditioner that you get in magazines. it may be small things but for 250/night in a small sleepy town, i expect nicer amenities, even during the high summer season. walls are thin but this is maybe a problem in most B&Bs. the innkeepers are trying to sell the place, i learned, so maybe their passion is just not there anymore. also it is not right on the water. the views were pretty tho - faces the lake/mountains. i would not recommend to others. i think i would have given it 4 stars if the price fit the lodging. on another note, hague is beautiful. very different vibe from bolton landing and lake george village.

Which sits above the lake and has a perfect view through the large picture window.It is a one bedroom cabin with a nice living room and kitchen, with a regular refrigerator microwave and stovetop. No oven, but that was OK because it was easy to cook on the small stove top eggs, bacon. The living room has a 15 inch flatscreen television. Along with the book case with a nice stock of books to read and a shelf with some board games. Also a coffee maker with a selection of coffee's and a toaster. Outside the cabin facing the lake is a fire pit where one can make a nice fire or Cook. There is also a Weber grill along with a picnic table. Although I enjoyed staying in the motel for many years. I'll have to say that I am glad that I decided to rent The cozy cottage, overlooking the beautiful lake. I loved all the light that came in through the large wraparound picture window. I enjoyed making lunch and dinner barbecue style. Steak, pork chops, chicken and ribs. Cold cut sandwiches. I could also bring leftovers from a restaurant and put them in the refrigerator to have the next day. Watching the fog lift off the lake in the morning or seeing a loon swimming in the water. One can also of course make use of the canoe available for guests. I was supposed to only stay a week but there was a cancellation and I ended up staying an extra four days as weather was perfect. Scott and Marsha made me feel very comfortable as usual in my home away from home. So if you are intending to vacation in the Adirondacks. You absolutely should stop at Indian lake and stay a week or two at Point Breeze. The entire grounds are beautiful quiet and peaceful. You might never want to come home again!

Bedrooms are simple, but nicely decorated and clean. The beds are very comfortable too! Kitchen has everything my mom needs when she's in the mood to cook, or my dad is just as quick to throw some burgers on the grill. The kids love the huge lawn that they can run around on and play games, while my favorite part is the screened in porch where I can watch the kids and the great view of the lake at the same time! Of course the view is better from the private beach and the whole family enjoys having a bonfire down there at least a few times during the week. Looking forward to next year already!
