While eager to have business and also available immediately, Jesse Morrissette destroyed my walls trying to find a foamed in cable for ceiling lights. He wasn't happy doing it on one side, he decided to do the same thing on a second side, even though the result was bound to be the same. All in all, there were 5 extra holes to be repaired, and he acted like it was no big deal. I had to pay my drywall contractor and extra $500 to repair the damage Morrissette did. When I complained in writing to him about this, he has ghosted me. His actions were unprofessional. I asked him up front if he had the right equipment to locate the cable --- he said he did, but in reality he had one of those little pens you can get at Menards, not a cable locator. This simple job cost em $1000, and he had the gall to say that for an extra $50 he would come back and finish installiing my two ceiling lights. read more
