First of all when you meet Jennifer and her husband who work as a team they are so gracious and kind and professional. They put you at ease and you can be comfortable and confident and get right to the work. Secondly, just meeting Alma the Wolf is a once in a lifetime golden experience and memory. Of course she is wildly beautiful but also her personality is so sweet, congenial, a little humorous and regal. It was also so lovely to behold the connect and love between Alma and her handler. Again, so kind and professional, such great energy. I loved every minute of it and will not forget the sweet connection and way time seemed to stand still and all was well with the world by the waterfall. This is not like taking a photo of your pet with your phone. This is truly capturing your baby's personality. She has a talent to make you and your pet feel comfortable and natural. She gives a lot of time and care in the work that she produces, and it shows from the moment she is behind the camera to the moment your images arrive. Our little baby (pug-baby) took a quick turn in health and we were scared we would have to say good-bye before we were ready. I quickly contacted Kat and she was so great to rearrange her schedule to get us in ASAP. She took extra care, and still cares about her wellbeing today. She frequently would update me with the progress of our images, and inquire about Lilee's health. I cannot believe how comfortable she made Lilee feel, and it was like they knew each other forever (lots of treats help!) It was a happy, smooth and easy process. I will absolutely be calling Kat again when we add to our family. [update 2/21/19: Lilee is doing well. It took 3 months and lots of medication to get her healthy again. She has a permanent head tilt and remains off balanced from her infection. She is on a daily dose of CBD oil and it seems to help a lot!]
