Great job!!! We hired satisfaction limo and were very happy with the customer service. We rented a 30 person party bus to make trips from the hotel it the backyard wedding venue 30 minutes away. I've taken both a party bus and a limousine with this company. Both experiences were great; the drivers are total gentlemen, the car and bus were spotless, and all the extras (good stereo, clean champagne glasses, great lighting, etc.) made both nights wonderful. Also, taking a car out is way more affordable than I realized. If I can get a group of six or more we drink in the limo, split the cost and just pop in at clubs and bars of our choosing. Way cheaper than hanging in one club all night paying through the teeth for drinks. I can't wait for my next chance to hire them again! read more

This company was AWESOME! My friends and I booked a 30 passenger party bus for a pub crawl and had such a good time. Not only were they the cheapest, but they were so accommodating. Our driver showed up and went over the "rules" for the night (no puking, no fighting, no smoking, etc.). After that, I rarely heard a peep out of Bill the whole night. When we returned to the bus from our first bar, there were cookies out and the bus was clean. This carried on throughout the night even as people got more rowdy and obnoxious. read more

After seeing the site online I decided to book one of the limo buses for a night out. I told them I needed a bus to fit 30 people comfortably. The bus that arrived only sat 26 people and we had people that had to stand since there was no room to sit. Strike one. Next the bus broke down at 11:20 at night. Strike two. They sent a replacement bus but we lost over an hour of the night due to this. I spoke to Maria and at first she said they could do something as far as a credit. Perhaps towards a future rental for the issues we had. She later changed her mind and said they couldn't do anything to rectify the situation. Horrible customer service. Huge strike three. Never will I use this company again. Nor will the other 28 people on the bus. read more

Very disappointed. Was our wedding day 11-11-11. Paid for three hrs of service. Talked to drived the day before, he said he'd be here half hr early. No problem, just as long as you know our time starts at 3:30, to 6:30pm. Told him we wanted to be taken to golf course for formal wedding pics, then back to our residents for drinks and to just relax before being dropped back off at golf course for reception at 6:30. He arrived half hr early as he said he would. We got married in our backyard then into limo at approx 3:40pm, then to golf course...we had a toast in the limo, golf course was only 4 miles away, so we still had some left in our glasses. We left the glasses in the limo and got out for pictures. The driver told my brother walking thru the lot he'd be back in 20 mins, this was at 4:30pm. My brother looked at his watch and said you'll be back by ten to five. 4:45pm, we done with pictures. I asked where the limo was. My brother said the driver stopped him when he went out to get a camera, said hed be back in 20 mins. He should be here in 5 mins.. No problem I said. At 5 :15pm, still no limo, My entire wedding party has been sitting in the lobby for 30 mins now waiting on the limo to come back. The limo I paid three hrs to be at our back and call. At 5:20pm, manager at Golf course calls Satisfaction, who is located only 3 miles from golf course, and asks where is the limo and driver to this wedding party. We were very upset. Lady on other end had no clue what we were talking about. At 5:25, our wedding party was getting ready to get into my brothers conversion van. We needed to leave, guests were gonna start arriving, still no limo. Here he comes now, flying like a bat out of you know what up the road back to the golf course, jumps out, saying sorry, sorry, I voiced my displease to him, he said he was only gone 10 mins, he went to get a drink. Thats when I blew up at him, 10 mins? He stowed our drink glasses and dumped them out, Had a bridesmaid who wasnt 100% off her cold, now we have no clue who has what glass. So no more drinks for our celebration. Driver takes us back to our house 5 miles away, and we had no time for what we wanted to do, drinks, or warm appitizers. While My bussel was being fixed, the 6 pm hr was near, Our driver and limo left again. At 6:15pm my new husband called the driver from one of his business cards he left in the limo and asked where he was at. The driver replied, I thought I was done at 6pm. So the driver had to drive back and pick us up and drop us back to golf course. Our wedding day was perfect, except for the limo company. I even called and complained, told them everything you have read here. 6months later, still nothing, no follow up from them as promised, no call, no nothing, not even a partial refund for only 2 hrs of 'service'? read more

After booking catering and all the details this is what I got from them two days later: They didn't even CALL me. Just sent me a letter after I signed the contract and sent the deposit. Dear Me, We are so sorry to inform you that we will not be able to have a vehicle for you, due to the wedding extending the time on the same vehicle prior to the 4pm pick up. What a great night! Took my wife out to a show at the Detroit Opera House and was not let down by both the event and our transportation. Our driver Ashley was very professional and arrived promptly. Our limo was in immaculate condition almost as if we were the first passengers inside! Arrived in no time and when the event was over there was our driver worry free right out front for us at the door. How convenient is that not having to deal with the downtown Detroit event traffic and with a safe and knowledgeable driver to get you home. HAd a terrible experience with this company. The initial employee I spoke with anthony was very nice and helpful. He was able to obtain a limo for me on short notice and at a good price. When he sent me the paperwork to obtain the limo, there was a section noting how much of the bill I wanted to pay on my card. I usually use my card for eveything to get more points so I planned to pay the entire bill in this manner. Unfortunately the quoted price was with tip included and on the form it stated " tips in cash only". To clarify how much the tip was and how much of the bill was for the remainder of the service, I called the company. Thats when I met a Jerk named Natasa. Not only was she belittling, but she was also rude. She acted as if my questions were ridiculous and when I clearly stated that the information I was told and that which was on the form was different, She could care less. Anyways based on this i decided to get another limo from a different provider. THATS WHEN NATASA called me, left a 40 second voicemail taunting me, and then sent me an email stating that " I shouldn't hide behind emails, and if I had a complaint I should call her" . Unbelievable. Based on this I would never call, email, or use satisfaction limousine ever. read more
