I used to come here and never had any complaints. However I returned today excited for a new set of nails. I left the salon with what felt like unfinished nails. They were blocky, not coffin like i asked for, acrylic all under my nails and around my nailbeds. I asked the nail tech to make them more narrow (aka coffin shaped) to which he did not. Hours later my fingers actually hurt because the technician used too small of tips, stretching them to fit, on my nails. They also have no curve to them and look like they're about to take flight. When I got home I filed away the SHARP uneven edges, and im still left with SUPER thick acrylic and painful nails. Note this was $85 and i've had actual press ons that look & feel better. !!!RETURNING TO MAKE THIS ONE STAR!!! The salon has now accused ME of messing up the nails and will not issue a refund. Also, the salon is very dusty and definitely hasnt been deep cleaned in a while. read more

It's honestly saddens me that I'm disappointed in this business. I came here with super high hopes from the reviews on Instagram but my experience was that of a tragedy. I went here in August to get my nails done for my birthday. I booked on Instagram and made my direct deposit. On the day of, I arrived and I filled out the paperwork they require during Covid and they prepped me for my pedicure. I received a pedicure which went normal and then I went on to receive my acrylic nails. It is rare when I get long nails or even acrylic but it was for my celebration. My stylist was the guy who sit on the very end. He began to work on my nails and everything was looking fine. It wasn't until I flew out on vacation and then came back and I noticed that my hands were hurting. I didn't go get a two week fill-in because the nails haven't grown that much yet. It wasn't until about 2 to 3 days after two weeks is when my nails were really really hurting! So I go back to get them removed and get a manicure. This time I have the guy who sits directly in front of the door. He's soaked my nails with acrylic and acetone and then filled the rest off. I told him before he begins to file it with the drill that my fingers were sensitive and sore. At one point I had to snatch my hand away because it was hurting so bad. When the acrylic was removed he observe my fingers and saw that they were cracking hair. Which I knew anyway because the acetone was burning. He asked me who did my nails and I told him he did them. When he began to do my regular manicure it was so subpar and not even close to being basic. He's soaked my fingers pushed back the cuticles and gave me a very basic clear coat of paint. There was no hand massage, there was no cutting of the cuticles which is what is listed in the basic manicure. I paid my money and left. I went back again two weeks later and got another manicure and pedicure. This time the manicurist looked at my nails saw there was a crack and still continue to do a regular manicure. She did not offer suggestions on how to help heal my nail she didn't offer ways of how I can heal my nails or what can I do to ease the pain of my nails still cracked in half. She also gave me a basic manicure and hardly even gave me a layer of clear paint. When she gave me the receipt I looked and compared it to the last receipt for which I paid for a basic manicure and pedicure and the prices were different. I feel like this business only care about when they do acrylic nails or false nails instead of each and every service they provide. Also most of the reviews come from the stylist name Emily. She is raved about as well as very busy. If you go win you will see that she has client after client. So you may be lucky if you get her. I don't want to find out. It is now November and my nails are still trying to heal. The pictures I provided are from mid October. The nails that had a deep crack in them have now tried to fall off and have a ground to the edge. My nails that are damaged are nubs. read more

As a medical provider, I was appreciative of their Covid-19 safety practices/ hand washing and sanitizer stations with social distancing & mask requirements. My appointment was with Lena; she and her husband are the owners of Twinkle Nails. Lena did an excellent job on my nails! I was able to observe other beautifully creative nail designs being done but I had a pink & white gel done with squared oval corners and they look beautiful! I was so excited to try out this nail salon. I'm a tired mom of a newborn and all I needed was a simple pedicure without any polish. I was turned away one hour before closing time. Apparently my business wasn't important enough. Will never go back In response to the reply, I can understand getting your employees out at a reasonable time but I've never been turned away from salon an hour before closing. Definitely not worth the money. Very crowded. I got a simple natural nail manicure and pedicure with clear polish and it was $44 plus tip. The clear polish hasn't even lasted a day. They were very rushed and Emily, who I had made the appointment with, only did the mani not the pedi. They don't push the cuticles, she only trimmed the cuticles and lightly filed my nails.
