First- let me say that the director and the staff has always been very nice and receptive to our…read moreneeds. The turnover is incredibly high but that is to be expected with such low pay. My issue is not with the staff but with "the owners" (as everyone calls them). "The owners" allowed the school to place a placard at the check in podium, advertising part time rates. This prompted me to ask if I could enroll my son part time as I was changing jobs. This was warmly received and there were no issues. After I found out I was expecting, I asked about part time rates for my baby. They didn't offer infant care at the time so I found alternate childcare while my daughter was an infant. Because I liked the facility and they offered part-time rates I was excited to get to enroll my daughter the one-year-old room. We were informed that if a spot was open come time for my daughter to be enrolled, she would be permitted to attend part time because my son was already enrolled although they discontinued part time rates. My daughter began attending this school on October 3. On February 20 we were notified that we had until the end of the week to either enroll our children full-time or to find alternate childcare as they had families interested in enrolling their children full-time and needed my children's spot. The owners agreed to give us an additional week to find alternate childcare but I do not feel as if this was an appropriate way to handle a family who had been Enrolled for over two years and never had a late payment. This school views your child as a paycheck. The worst part about this all was that this was done eight days before my son's fourth birthday and six months before he would have began pre-k. These are the only other children my children have ever known. You cannot imagine what it was like to explain to my son that he was not permitted to continue to go to the only school and play with the only friends he has ever known.

Safety does not seem to be a priority, as the front door is often left unlocked, even when there is no one at the front desk. Additionally, they suggested placing my 18-month-old child with the 3-year-olds simply because he is chubbier than the other kids in his age group, despite the fact that the 3-year-olds are significantly larger and taller than my child. Every time I pick up my son, he is wearing soiled clothes, indicating that they are not using the extra clothes I provided. Furthermore, the director has threatened to file a false report with the Department of Children and Families, claiming that I was over 30 minutes late for pick-up, which is not true. Lastly, she has failed to properly investigate the staff member responsible for placing an unknown substance in my child's diaper. She told me it was muffins but failed to explain how it got into his diaper and on his private parts. I request a diaper change record which I usually receive everyday with previous center but she claimed that they do not provide that for my 18 month old

I can tell each time I pick him up that he enjoyed his time with them. They are attentive and caring. No 10-year-old should feel this way during such crucial formative years. Children deserve to feel safe, to ask questions, to explore, and to make mistakes as part of the learning process. I deeply regret enrolling my son in a school led by unqualified directors and teachers who seem ill-equipped to manage their responsibilities. Their approach, rooted in harshness and excessive control, is not only ineffective but also harmful to a child's education and emotional development. Children thrive in environments that nurture their curiosity, encourage their voices, and support their individuality--not in places that suppress them. Additionally, the leadership exhibits clear favoritism, often granting leniency to children of friends and pastors, despite behaviors that are far more disruptive than my son's. This inequity creates an unfair and toxic environment, undermining the values of fairness and respect that should guide any educational institution. Led by favoritism for children and family of friends. There are plenty of Pastors children who behaviors are worst than my son, yet they get a pass each and every time.

I put my child in this school because the public middle school had a bad reputation. Well, this was…read morea huge mistake. My son who always had exemplary behavior, got bullied daily by four children. Despite going to the director,Ms.Kelly Libby nothing was done. My son who was a happy child , started crying daily because nobody did anything about the bullying. I reached out to MsKelly to no avail. This one particular boy put a beeping Apple Watch in my son's ear at recess. I didn't find out till my son Logan told me a month later. I told ms.libby via email. Her response was "Oh it happened a month ago, he's no longer allowed to bring his watch" ok so she basically did nothing because it happened a month ago. This is just one example of what was done to my child. I later received an email from her stating there was no evidence of bullying and that I should contact my son's pediatrician. I guess she was implying counseling. My son had two sessions and the therapist felt there was no need to continue. Prior to me putting Logan in this school , he was a happy child. I noticed that was changing. Each morning he was crying and felt very anxious. After trying with the direction ms.Kelly and his teacher ms.esther I pulled him out. These people were supposed to provide a safe environment which they did not. My advice think twice before u put your child in this school.
