Mary!!

I have been to nearly all kava Bars in Tampa bay .. by FAR, we continue to make Twist Kava, our home base, due to "MARY" As a business owner myself, customer service is key. Mary always greets you by name, remembers your preferred drinks, sincerely takes the time to brighten my day. The drinks are superb!

I drive by this place almost everyday and I thought it would be a great place to get some coffee and I finally had the chance to stop by. First I want to just say I think this place is more of a vape shop than a cafe. It would be more suited for picking up those products than actual coffee. To be honest the coffee was terrible but I get the feeling that coffee isn't the focus of this place. I wouldn't suggest stopping in for coffee but if vaping is something you enjoy then this would be the perfect place for you, if you're looking for and actual cafe with good coffee I would suggest someplace else.

Me leaving the shop at 11:48pm on a Saturday night! This place rocks.

Moved to Florida from Virginia and wasn't too excited when I found most Vape related shops were just smoke shops selling starter gear and harsh juices. I looked to the net for a life saver of an actual Vape lounge and my quest stopped right here at Twist Vapor. This establishment fits the bill of current lounges and added "twist" with full cafe. I have yet to try out the cafe as I was intentionally in the market for electronic cigarette accessories, e-liquid, and hardware. My first visit was delightful as me and my fiancé were served by the owner. He was kind and informative of how to get around since we just moved here permanently. He got to know us as we got to learn about his business a little with some shop talk and solidified the customer relationship. Twist's assortment is a mix of local and most major premium e-liquids available on the market, current hardware with access to the newest variable wattage boxes, tanks, and rebuildables. I have bought all of my current all day vape gear from this store and have never been dissatisfied with the products. The staff has been very personable as well and breaks the sales associate stigma to make their customers feel like they are spending honestly and not being pressured to buy. All the staff I have encountered has been exceptionally conversant about their products and have never led me astray with errant advise. All in all, great place. Bomb lounge. They could do well expanding and from the reviews, this is evident. Keep up the great formula people.

If you are into vape culture as I am, I would highly recommend this place. This is not a smoke shop turned vape shop by offering a few juices and mods and calling itself a vape shop. Plenty of those around and they are garbage. The part of "Twist" that is the twist is the fact that they offer a fully stocked cafe that includes coffee and pastries. You are encouraged to hang out, vape, chill out and mingle with the other guests. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, too. They have a huge array of juices and can even help you mix and match flavors to create a whole new flavor. They have a huge variety of mods, coils and accessories. There is no pressure to buy in order to hang out in Twist, which is part of the appeal. They have great sales and specials, too, plus a frequent buyers club you can join. Hubby and I stopped in there for a quick juice purchase and ended up there for nearly an hour because there was just so much to look at and try. This is absolutely one of the best vape shops in Tampa Bay, hands down.

Ehookahs available in store for $9.99 - any flavor!

I always love going here! It's right down the street from my house and my job. The staff there are always so helpful and make sure that I never leave unsatisfied. They always let me try out the flavors before I buy them and that is more than most vape shops can say! They also have coffees, teas, and sandwiches. I love all of their iced lattes and blended lattes - sometimes they even put sprinkles on top! Something fun to try is their kava or kratom teas. Although they might not win in the taste category, they can definitely give you the buzz that you are looking for! Stop in and ask what they can do for your vaping hobby, or for your caffeine needs. You won't be disappointed.

They're not only a fun way to try different drinks, but they're also presented really nicely, which makes the whole experience feel a bit more special. Tables weren't being cleaned. Was told a 15-20 minute wait for a table...was more like 40 minutes. Got coffee while we waited. Again, took like 15 minutes, but was very good. When ordering, was told they had no pork, which goes on their Cuban Sandwich, the "award winning" sandwich they are known for. Not sure how this happens when it's your "thing". Took over an hour to get food. The side salad was not good. It had lettuce, a few shaved carrots, and that it. The burger and chicken cordon bleu sandwich were good. Place will be good once they get their act together.

The parking is very funky, water to walk to. If homey is what you are looking for for this is the place. I prefer outside cafes and enjoying the sunshine. The inside of this home is pretty cramped, nowhere to stand while waiting for drinks. If one of the employees actually told me I could wait outside and they have a window they can call your name and give you your order that way, that would have been stellar customer service. Also know that if you would like a nice ceramic mug like I do, they won't ask you for here or to go, they will just give you a paper cup. I asked if they ever make drinks in mugs and the kind gentleman said yes if you are staying inside. He didn't ask so I didn't know. Miscommunication problem here on the business side. But whatever. The outside could be more pleasant and comfortable and almost return business from me if they actually had their employees CLEAN THE OUTSIDE TABLES AND CHAIRS! It wasn't enjoyable to hunker down with a table full of bird shit, ( I love nature and ima free hugger) I tolerated it to try to enjoy the I e vanilla latte. I asked if they use real extracts or puréed pumpkin as most establishments just use simple sugar syrups and I was hoping g that because they weren't big corporate chain they would strive for less processed especially because of the price of their drinks. There seemed to be a lot of downtime after a rush so there's really no excuse for not cleaning up crumbs or bird shit off the surfaces where their customers are supposed to eat and drink. For me to return here, I would really love to see clean outside, one more shade screen they don't cost much, and more hanging plants and flowers on tables or plants in general would make this space beautiful, add some bamboo for privacy and voila I might show up again. For now, I'll stick to businesses that stem e not only for friendly customer service but a clean environment as well. Bummer wanted to support local. Quemaria coffee does it right!!!! Boho but clean and nice global music playing, that would be nice here as some peoples conversations are loud. Something to drown out the traffic as well. They could add a few more tables just purchased from thrift store. I wanted to LOVE but this place is probably best for students that don't have higher expectations.

You'd never guess busy Fowler Avenue and all those shiny new businesses are just steps away. This is free-spirited, relaxing and zen. You can study here, chill-out and reset. I had the pistachio matcha with strawberry cold foam and a spinach/feta pastry. Both were good choices. You can order at the register or from a QR code and they'll call you to come get it. It's so casual and laid back. This adorable hangout would melt away any work frazzles I could possible walk in with. I love the low ceilings and the vintage hardwood floors and the slouchy couch and the eastern light streaming in the front window of this older, repurposed home. There's original artwork everywhere, including the ceiling (some of it's for sale). There's also a rack of clothing items, jewelry, scrunchies and other items for sale. I love the eclectic vibe-and the guitar propped up by the front window. Phoebe could definitely sing "Smelly Cat" here. Heck, they're so welcoming here, Ross could probably set up his keyboard and share "the sound." They DO have live music here-and a side patio. There's some parking up front and extra parking in back. And the service is friendly. I'm so glad I found this spot. I'll be back to try the apple fritter croissant and soak up more relaxation. Happy days from Felicitous!

It's busy, but the skilled baristas keep things moving. On this most recent trip, I tried the ube matcha-my first. I liked it! There were lots of tempting pastries, etc-but I had a lunch date coming up, so I stuck to just the beverage. If you decide to stop in, bonus: this business shares space with a fun kitchen store that has everything from gourmet salts and oils-fun towels and mugs-and all sorts of other items. I should have bought the cola flavored candy bar. Next time! Yes, the parking lot is a little hectic-but be patient, it comes and goes in waves-you'll get a spot. Oh! And really nice restrooms. This is worth a stop and shop. I'll be back for round three.
