I was in the area and needed to do some work, so I decided to check this place out. Staff is really nice and it's easy to tell this is a spot for locals and some regulars. I didn't go for kava on this day, so I appreciated they also served coffee. I got the tiramisu latte and I really enjoyed it - so much so I'm trying to recreate it at home! The guava pastry was also very good and sourced locally (love!). There are couches and board games to hang out, in addition to the bar and tables for working. I have been coming to Twist Kava Cafe for over a year now. Suffice it to say, I love coming here. The atmosphere here is excellent, especially after their renovation. It's not uncommon to see people working, studying, or just casually interacting with one another. I often come here to hang out with friends or study. The service is also fantastic. I receive excellent service from everyone here, but Toni and Mary are always awesome. People here are generally quite approachable and very friendly to talk to. The coffee and tea served here are always quite good. I don't recall the last time I had a drink that wasn't good or was prepared incorrectly. It's just amazing all around. I drive by this place almost everyday and I thought it would be a great place to get some coffee and I finally had the chance to stop by. First I want to just say I think this place is more of a vape shop than a cafe. It would be more suited for picking up those products than actual coffee. To be honest the coffee was terrible but I get the feeling that coffee isn't the focus of this place. Moved to Florida from Virginia and wasn't too excited when I found most Vape related shops were just smoke shops selling starter gear and harsh juices. I looked to the net for a life saver of an actual Vape lounge and my quest stopped right here at Twist Vapor. This establishment fits the bill of current lounges and added "twist" with full cafe. I have yet to try out the cafe as I was intentionally in the market for electronic cigarette accessories, e-liquid, and hardware. My first visit was delightful as me and my fiancé were served by the owner. He was kind and informative of how to get around since we just moved here permanently. He got to know us as we got to learn about his business a little with some shop talk and solidified the customer relationship. Twist's assortment is a mix of local and most major premium e-liquids available on the market, current hardware with access to the newest variable wattage boxes, tanks, and rebuildables. I have bought all of my current all day vape gear from this store and have never been dissatisfied with the products. The staff has been very personable as well and breaks the sales associate stigma to make their customers feel like they are spending honestly and not being pressured to buy. All the staff I have encountered has been exceptionally conversant about their products and have never led me astray with errant advise. All in all, great place. Bomb lounge. You are encouraged to hang out, vape, chill out and mingle with the other guests. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, too. They have a huge array of juices and can even help you mix and match flavors to create a whole new flavor. They have a huge variety of mods, coils and accessories.There is no pressure to buy in order to hang out in Twist, which is part of the appeal. They have great sales and specials, too, plus a frequent buyers club you can join. Hubby and I stopped in there for a quick juice purchase and ended up there for nearly an hour because there was just so much to look at and try. I always love going here! It's right down the street from my house and my job. The staff there are always so helpful and make sure that I never leave unsatisfied. They always let me try out the flavors before I buy them and that is more than most vape shops can say! They also have coffees, teas, and sandwiches. Cons: Vapey as HELL in there. It doesn't bother me. But if you can't do vapor halfway to the floor, then do not enter; no clear info on the kava (e.g. is it a mind or body change? Is it vegan [i.e. was it mixed with whey or other cow secretions]? Suggestions: Get a ping pong table; get snacks (I could've overlooked them...but even so, I bet they're not vegan): I need some vegan brownies with my kava! This is a pretty cool place! I've been to the other location but usually it's empty, but in this cafe there was a table full of people hanging out & some people spread out across the bar. The service was really nice & the guys behind the counter were super sweet while taking my order. I got a 16 oz green kratom. This location didn't put any ice in it like the other one does, which I thought was great bc there's more bang for your buck & no space filled by ice w/less product. The only thing I would say is that if you use kratom regularly, ask them to mix it dirty or the drink won't have much of an effect, & you'll be short $9 read more

Horrible return policy. I bought a vape here on 3/29, the Smok Prince. The staff there set it up for me and within a few minutes it was leaking. The staff replaced the coil and it seemed ok. Two days later it started leaking again, I replaced the coil myself and it was ok for a day. To date, I have put 4 coils in it, replaced the o-ring and cleaned out the tank and it still leaks. I tried to return it today because it is clearly defective but they won't accept it as a return. They have a 1 week return policy. I wasn't able to get in before today. Seeing as it leaked new from the package they should have given me a refund. Don't waste your money here, go somewhere that will stand behind the products they sell. read more

Went in during their soft open tonight and was thoroughly impressed. They're still getting their stuff together, but they are very polished and nifty. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and had no problems hanging out with us as we took our time. The prices for juice may seem high at first, but considering the intense flavor quality and size of the bottles, it's really quite fair. This is a pretty good vape shop. The guys are very helpful, and give you the basic information you need to know. Make sure when you go that you get all new stuff. I've been to some other vape shops that are more helpful, but the guy who sold me my rig gave me his battery because it was charged, as opposed to the new one it came with. I still have no problems with it, but I realized my mistake too late. Also, it's is very cloudy in there. I would recommend a better ventilation system, but I don't have to work there. Waited around 15-30mins for this lady to finish helping the only other guy in the store that I came in before, find a coil for his vape that's she had no clue about and had to call her manager for help. She didn't say a word to me the whole time I sat at the register, didn't even make it aware that I was standing there for 15+ minutes and didn't even look at me as I walked out the door and thanked her for the terrible service. I just recently moved to Florida about two weeks ago from Georgia and was looking for an awesome vape shop. My expectations were pretty high because we have some pretty good vape shops in Atlanta. Well twist vapors definitely met my expectations. I called to get info about a certain brand and spoke with Sam, and sad to say they didn't have it but he didn't just end the conversation by saying oh sorry we don't have it, he continued to ask questions about what I liked and encouraged me to come in and try some other ones that were close to what I liked. When I actually went to the shop I was helped by Sam the owner and Brian and they were so nice and knowledgeable about all the juices. I'm very picky when it comes to my juices and they were so patient and was making all kinds of suggestions as to what I would like. Asked me questions to make sure I got the right juice that fit my taste. I really wish they had my brand that I love so much but this place is definitely somewhere I'll be coming often. I'm glad to hear they'll be opening one in Brandon which will be super close to me so I'm definitely excited about that.
