I had a really disappointing experience at Treasure Coast Tattoo & Piercing in Jensen Beach. I came…read morein on May 14th to have my rook jewelry changed, and they charged me $89 for a single piece of jewelry. I was shocked when just two days later (May 16th) the jewelry broke. I went back that same day, and instead of replacing it or acknowledging the issue, I was charged another $11 for a second piece. Now it's July 30th, and the second piece has also broken -- less than three months later. I've now spent $100 on two pieces of jewelry that both broke in a ridiculously short period of time. I've had this piercing for years -- the original jewelry I got when I first had it done in New Jersey lasted over six years without a single issue. So I know how rook jewelry should hold up. This makes me seriously question the quality of the materials they're using, especially considering the price. Not once was I offered a refund, store credit, or even an apology -- just an upsell for more low-quality jewelry. I expected way better from a professional shop, and now I feel completely ripped off. I won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for reliable, long-lasting jewelry or decent customer service.

It cost me $10 for the post and $10 dollars to have her put it in in under 30 seconds. $20 seems a bit steep for something I had done originally at the same business and was told it would be $10 previously. A nice addition was the numbers for the new post were printed on my receipt so I am able to buy my own earring from the large selection on the internet :)) The young lady who has the piercing duties fell flat. Three stars for high pricing that I imagine helps pay for the new space which was much nicer than the previous one :) You can trust me, I need more cow bell ;D
