I went to Bass Pro today and had the worst shopping experience that I have ever had. Their POS…read moresystems are extremely antiquated. The staff is not properly trained, and the systems that they have in place to handle customer service are terrible. While I was there attempting to make a purchase there were at least 8 other people waiting in line to be helped. My purchase alone took about 90 minutes. I finally saw two of the guys just turn around and leave. Apparently, it is their practice to handle one customer at a time no matter how long that takes. At one point I had 3 employees trying to figure out how to handle my simple purchase. I will never go back to Bass Pro ever again. From now on Scheels will get all of my business.

This store was great! They had a great selection of pretty much every item for good value. Last year, I got some running shoes for a very good deal. They ended up being great running shoes too! The service here was really good. All of the employees here were very nice and helpful. The inside was very clean. It was also pretty cool. There was a fish tank and a Ferris Wheel. Overall, great store and I highly recommend it!
