No one was at the shop until 10am, I arrived early for nothing. Not a big deal except there was another guy who pulled in after me and said he also had a 10 am appointment I waited for 45 min while he worked on the other guys truck. I was told 1.5 hours tops I would be out of there over the phone. It took him over 3 hours to roll us out the door and when nearing 1pm he didn't want to finish and rushed me out of the door for his 1pm appointment. He made an excuse saying my truck had a weird windshield and couldn't do the brow. Not to mention he didn't even clean the windows when he was done. Not to mention before he started on my truck another guy pulled in with an 11am appointment and waited around and ended up leaving. 100% will not be back. Trash service, trash appointment, and nothing he told me over the phone ended up being true.
