I suspect this may have been their biggest job of this type in Beaumont for a long time, the car had sat for a number of years prior to my purchasing it. Glanz performs magic, I can not say otherwise! Their ceramic coating is beyond words. After the rain early this morning, merely a wipe down using a microfiber cloth erased any details of the predawn precipitation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Stopped in for a quick drive thru car wash. I didn't know I was getting full service!!! They…read morevacuumed my wife's car out and then sprayed it down with a pre-wash before driving it through!!! I wasn't expecting to get it vacuumed, but it really needed it. I was then able to get back in the vehicle and drive it through the car wash. I thought I would just drive out after the blowers blew the excess water off, but then another employee motioned for me to pull forward under an awning where he proceeded to hand dry the vehicle with cloth towels and dry the windows!!! Everyone was super courteous and very friendly! I'll use them again when I'm in the area! They did a great job!!!

Lost a driver's side outside mirror cover on my daughter's Altima while going through this car…read morewash. Didn't realize it was gone until I got home. Knew it must have been lost at the car wash because I went straight home. Called them and asked if anyone had found it. Employee said they would look and call me back. Several hours later no call. Called again and asked to speak to manager. Manager told me he "had walked the area" and did not find it. Drove back there to find it myself. Was scolded for being in empty car wash bay, only for employees. Asked the attendant that pre washes cars before going through wash bay if he had seen an outside mirror cover that had come off. He said "sure, it's right here" and handed it to me. Manager must not want happy customers because he surely didn't care about me and lied that he had actually searched for the cover. I asked them to check the fluid in the differential and he told me they did. I was watching and the mechanic didn't pull a single wrench on the diff. So I decide to try again with another vehicle of mine today @ 2:30/2:45pm. I pulled in, he asked me was I there for. When I told him coolant flush he laughed and said not on a Saturday at 4: 0clock. IT was 2:30pm. He asked me to pop the hood. He made a statement someone been working on this vehicle. I told him it was me. He told me what was loose. I wasn't there for that and didn't ask him about it. He Bryan(owner) I think is his name. Proceeded to tell me how he couldn't do the job. He was rude about it. I told him close it up. He was still talking to me for some reason. At this point I wasn't going to expose myself to his attitude anymore. I guess when you own a successful business you can turn people away. I would like to mention I emailed prior to showing up. The fact that I did not get an email reply makes it worse. So your business model is laugh at a customer infront of people then tear appart how shitty of a job the vehicles owner did trying to repair it? This isn't the first time or second time the owners be short with me and my questions. I wont be back.
