Lost a driver's side outside mirror cover on my daughter's Altima while going through this car…read morewash. Didn't realize it was gone until I got home. Knew it must have been lost at the car wash because I went straight home. Called them and asked if anyone had found it. Employee said they would look and call me back. Several hours later no call. Called again and asked to speak to manager. Manager told me he "had walked the area" and did not find it. Drove back there to find it myself. Was scolded for being in empty car wash bay, only for employees. Asked the attendant that pre washes cars before going through wash bay if he had seen an outside mirror cover that had come off. He said "sure, it's right here" and handed it to me. Manager must not want happy customers because he surely didn't care about me and lied that he had actually searched for the cover. Do Not Recommend

Stopped in for a quick drive thru car wash. I didn't know I was getting full service!!! They…read morevacuumed my wife's car out and then sprayed it down with a pre-wash before driving it through!!! I wasn't expecting to get it vacuumed, but it really needed it. I was then able to get back in the vehicle and drive it through the car wash. I thought I would just drive out after the blowers blew the excess water off, but then another employee motioned for me to pull forward under an awning where he proceeded to hand dry the vehicle with cloth towels and dry the windows!!! Everyone was super courteous and very friendly! I'll use them again when I'm in the area! They did a great job!!!

Every single time I am being "guided" into the start of the car wash, the workers are either looking down playing on their phones with earbuds in while waving me in, vaping for all the see, or just tending to my car very carelessly. The carwash itself is a 2/10 at best, seeming yo barely knock the dust off of my car. Half of the vacuums are either out of order or have terribke suction. I do not recommend, membership cancelled immediately.
