RSB tore out our old small deck and railing in front of our house and built a new one. We had…read morenothing but 100% clear communication with the office...everything was explained to us in detail and all questions answered. Even when we couldn't make up our mind with colors, the office sent us photos of other people's decks using the colors we thought we'd be interested in. The workers were here on time every single day and were always polite and very hardworking. They were working out in the cold (December!) and I told them several times they could come in to warm up and/or use the bathroom and they just smiled and said "OK" but never did. The quality of their work is outstanding. The couple of things we were concerned about were pointed out and they corrected them immediately. The only complaint we have is about the Trex decking itself...we weren't aware that the screw holes (and there are a lot of them) are visibly noticeable, especially on the white fascia. RSB said there's nothing they can do to cover them up; they've tried the plugs and they eventually fall out. If every contractor could be as reliable, communicative and hardworking as RSB, we'd all have it made! Too bad all they do is Trex decking.

Some of the wallpaper had been damaged so - obviously - we needed to take all of it down. The vanity and the floor had been damaged and needed to be replaced. RC provided paint and flooring samples. We bought a vanity at Menards. RC and his crew did all the work with no hassle to us. The workmanship was perfect, and they left everything clean. Easy to do business with and excellent work.

Two guys came out, never pinpointed the leak, checked out the well and told me the equipment they needed to remove the old well pump was all busted and they didn't know when it would be fixed. They told me their boss would call me the next week. then they jumped in the truck and were quickly hauling out of there. Never heard from their boss. I guess finding the leak and installing a new well pump was a bridge too far for them.

They put down protective matting as they went in and out of the basement, swept the floors daily, cleaned up debris as they worked, and treated our home with real care.
