They installed and finished our hardwood floors, painted the interior, installed our kitchen backsplash, hung ceiling fans and light fixtures, and installed an over-the-range microwave. If the two most important factors are the quality of the finished work and the price, I honestly do not think you will find a better value. The results look fantastic, and Roberto's pricing was extremely reasonable for the amount and quality of work completed. Roberto and his team also went above and beyond to finish everything before we moved into the house. They worked evenings and weekends to keep the project moving and meet our schedule. Roberto was also generous with his time in ways that had nothing to do with the renovation, including helping me move a large, heavy box from the garage to the basement. Roberto & Monica really know how to run this business! They're so responsive and priced our paint job very fairly. We needed our foyer, entryway, sitting room, and dining room painted to sell our house, and they were so great! They originally estimated that the job would take 2-3 days, but they were able to push through and get it all done in one day! I booked this company to install wallpaper. The price seemed reasonable but they have yet to show up. They have confirmed with me on 3 different dates and have not shown up to any of them. They did not inform me they wouldn't be showing up and I had to contact them many times to find out if they were coming hours after they were scheduled to arrive. They forgot about the job 2 days ago and rescheduled for today but again did not show up. I've texted and called many times with no response. If my schedule was the problem, then they should not have confirmed they would arrive on 3 different occasions and then not shown up. I made myself available on those dates that they agreed to. I reached out for a quote on my 1/2 bath tiling, paint, and baseboard project. They responded quickly and came to the house within 24 hrs to see the scope of work and provide an estimate. I never received the estimate. He kept asking if it was all I needed done, so I believe the scope of work was too small for him but they could have been said. I cannot say enough positive things about the work and craftsmanship of Roberto and his partner Tino. We recently purchased a home that was built in 2000 and they did a complete overhaul for us, such as paint kitchen cabinets; install new backsplash; replace several light fixtures and fans (including a large fixture in the 20ft foyer); build custom pantry; paint all walls; replace baseboards and added new crown molding; total fireplace refacing with custom mantel; adding 3 board & batten designer walls in the dining room, living room, and master bedroom; install double barn door, sanding & repainting/staining the stair railings and balusters, and many other smaller add-ons like replacing a toilet and bathroom exhaust fans along with a vanity, hanging a few mirrors, etc. They also painted our garage door, entry door, very tall columns, and added custom painted shutters to the windows. You name it, they did it!!! All of the work took about 3 months and they were here nearly everyday all day. I would say the amount of time was in line with the large amount of work we had done, plus I kept adding on little things here and there. We were incredibly happy with the total price of what was basically a full home renovation. You have to be flexible and patient during any home renovation, and even moreso during an unprecedented pandemic. These guys work really, really, really hard and do great work! Sure, there were a few miscommunications about start times here and there but it was not a big deal for us because both my husband and I are teleworking so our schedules were flexible. If you are looking for just a few odds and ends to be done around your house, go find yourself a general handyman to pay hourly. If you have a large-scale project that will require a lot of craftsmanship, design, and industry knowledge (and all at a fair price), then Ultimate Finish is the right choice. read more

We had ultimate finish remodeling do several large jobs for us recently. initially we started with finishing a basement bathroom that required extensive tiling. Roberto purchased any materials we still needed and even bought more of the tile we purchased already. He provided receipts and any extra materials I was able to get refunded for. Roberto took his time to do a great job on the tiling, even redoing the shower floor to make the leveling perfect. Overall Roberto and Monica were very responsive and professional with their work. Their pricing was reasonable and stuck with the job until they were done. After the bathroom we had them paint nearly our entire house and they quickly finished that with minimal disruption to our daily affairs. Finally we had them redo another bathroom that was much more challenging. We provided them some materials and a picture of what we wanted. They did a very good job overall. I recommend their services and may use them again if we have future projects. read more

I called these guys and they came out the same week to do an estimate which came in at a great price and then they came out a week and a half later to actually to the work. We had them do a bathroom remodel for us including cabinetry, woodwork, plumbing, and more. There were 2 guys that worked together to finish all in one day. The work was amazing. I do a lot of my own home remodeling but am starting to hire more out as I get older, but the work that they did was second to none even when judged to my standards. They actually went above an beyond and completed tasks that I didn't even specify like caulking, removing the old cabinets, cleaning up after themselves, and more. I will be using them for my next project as well. Roberto (Ultimate Finish Remodeling) and his team are excellent at their job. I had used their services for indoor and exterior painting, Stair repair and Drywall patch work. He goes above and beyond to ensure they provide a quality service. One of the job he took was to patch and paint my garage interior walls and ceiling and while doing that he found there was a leak on one corner of the ceiling and he not only found the source but also repaired it rather than just informing me. From multiple jobs he had taken up and finished so far, I always had peace of mind knowing the fact that once his team takes a job I can be rest assured they will finish the job on time and with quality.
