No proper inventory was taken at the time of the move, and I was never told that their team should have been responsible for boxing and backing up items in order for coverage to apply. Without that transparency, it feels like customers are left unprotected if something goes wrong. For anyone considering movers, I would recommend Piece of Cake instead, they were half the price and, based on my experience, far more reliable.

They stole $475 from my 14 year disabled daughter's piggy bank and $100 from my wallet. My daughter was so upset she was crying for a week and ended up in the hospital. Also they came late, dented and damaged walls moving my stuff. I filed a police report that night when I realized they stole from my wallet. My purse was in my closet where they were not supposed to be anywhere near and there was three guys and it was hard to follow them around all day. This should not happen!
