don't use this company, they delivered a damaged product to me I refused to take the product so they loaded it back on the truck, three days later the came back when nobody was home and left it in my driveway. horrible service, then when I called them that refused to come get it, so they lied as well. We used Two Brothers for our move. We went from a TH to SFH. Adam and his guys were great! They were friendly, competent, and got the job done with no issues. They completed the job quicker than their quote and we ended up paying less than we thought! They also remained understanding to a situation we had at our old home with a lot of dust from a hole in the ceiling. They moved it out despite that additional obstacle. Job well done! I had used them back in July to move my stuff from my house to the POD in my driveway, The owner Adam initially was nice on the phone and but the day of the move he sends me 3 guys 2 of them 2 young kids fairly new to the job they didn't know what to do but were following directions of the one who was a bit more seasoned started taking the furniture apart and wrapping and then said to me one hour into the job the seasoned guy had to leave early and they had literally had not moved a single thing out of the house into the POD. I was told that it would take 2 hours so I called Adam the owner and told him that this will not work the way the 2 kids were going slow he was so verbally rude on the phone and then came to the house and started yelling and screaming at his crew and me....it ended up taking more like 5 hours for something that should have been half the time. This was a tricky review to write. I have never had a moving company do a better job in terms of the physical move. They packed EVERYTHING in blankets and shrink wrap. They disassembled and re-assembled my electric recliners, which was no small feat. They really went out of their way and did a fantastic job. If that was all there was to the story I would have rated them five stars without hesitation. BUT... When we arrived at my new apartment, the head mover (Adam) got into an extremely unprofessional verbal altercation with one of the apartment property management technicians. The maintenance guy indicated he had received a complaint and asked Adam to move the truck out of a handicapped spot. Adam completely FLIPPED OUT. He was literally screaming at the poor guy. Personally I felt it was a perfectly reasonable (and completely understandable) request and I was utterly shocked and at a momentary loss. It all happened so suddenly. So, to sum up - a fantastically executed physical move led by a man with an apparently volatile temper and a comprehensive lack of professionalism. Proceed with caution. read more

Completely unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!! don't use them!!!!! The owner Adam never picks up and he always text! That's not the problem the problem is he takes forever to lock in the date. I was selling my house so I asked him on January 31st to move us before February 28th. we didn't lock in a day until the 5th,(the 26th) my house sold fast and closing was moved up 7days I found out on the 10th and called of course no answer. So I texted, he said he couldn't move the date up. So I said ok. The original closing date was for the 28th move out date was the 26th and then it moved up to the 21st. He texted me on 21st saying he had a cancellation for Thursday and I told him I already got most of the things out we close tomorrow. then said "so it's a no go for Saturday right?" I said yes, but once we get our new house we will use you like we did the first time he said ok. We found a house and I have been calling him and texting him and he would just read it but not respond. so I messaged him today and said you look at my messages but don't respond or return my calls, are you not moving no more? He responds with saying that I canceled on him at the last minute and he missed out on money and they have bills to pay. So that's why he hasn't been responding to me! And said good luck Wow!!! So unprofessional and not true at all!!! he had 15 days to find someone to fill that spot. plus another person canceled on him on a Monday and their date was for that Thursday and he tried to give it to me! So I said I hope you left them on read and didnt pick up for them. I sent him screenshots of our conversation and he responded with nice story good luck. We used them when we first moved and paid for a extra guy that we didn't and a tipped $150!! Plus I passed out his card! I did NOT. Deserve this treatment!!!! read more

We had the pleasure and good fortune to hire Two Brothers Moving for our move in December 2016. Nothing but good things to say. Five gentlemen and two trucks, plus an extra trip meant for a pretty large move. They were professional, hardworking and careful. I could not find a single scratch on anything. All the floors were protected as was the furniture. They honored the quoted price. All in all, EXCELLENT! read more

I'll keep this short but not too sweet sadly... Adam the owner is very rude and unprofessional. Besides screaming at me through my yard then into basement using profanity at me about packing my CLEAN dog crate that he said " I'm not touching a pissy dog crate and it's not going in my truck" , I told him it was not 'pissy' nor dirty.. he stomped and yelled .. his workers were even embarrassed by him, I was stressed enough moving my father who has dementia and myself , Adam literally made me cry... he then pulled me aside later asking if I was mad at him... so unacceptable of him but I had to hold my tongue in case he decided to just leave and not move me, that's how unpredictable his behavior was that day , also cussing loudly all day. Now on the other hand , his young workers , three other guys.. were SO good and respectful to me and my father, especially after the 'Adam incident '. One guy pulled me aside to make sure I was ok. Adam griped at the end also about having to move my dresser and tv to the other side of the room which I said twice I wanted it.. he makes you feel like a piece of crap the way he talks to you and about you to his workers where He visibly sees me standing there. Then he proceeds to ask to use my microwave to cook his dinner before he left. My sister came over to the new place when she found out how Adam treated me from my friend and I begged her to not say anything because all I wanted was my things moved without incident. They took lamps apart and I never found top pieces to two lamps now I can't use them, they're useless now. My old home looked as if a bomb hit it after they were done there, they ripped phone cords and walked on my phones among other things. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My grandmother has a small apartment that is two bedrooms. My family had helped her move everything but the furniture from the building for the past week to ensure that the movers coming could get the job done in times. The workers quoted that the job would take 4 hours when it was only a table and two beds with two dressers. She called the manager because the workers were wrapping all the furniture even when asked that it was okay for it to be not to wrapped because she can't afford them to be there for too long. The man SCREAMED at her and told her that if she didn't like the job then he'll tell them to leave. The fact they got a $580 job to be over $600 is sad. Our family always respects businesses since we have our own, but this was so extreme and the amount of disrespect received is appalling to us. If you don't want to be over charged and screamed at then please use another company. I'm glad I hired Two Brothers. Adam and his crew of young men are prompt, professional, and hard working. They wrapped my furniture in pads and plastic, so there was no damage. Once at the new location, they quickly placed everything where I wanted, assembled my bed frame, and cleaned up after themselves. Get this: they didn't take a break. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. Several pieces of furniture have chips and nicks in them. The underneath fabric on sofa, loveseat, and boxspring was ripped. Broke a caster off of a $600 cocktail table and didn't say anything, just sat it on a windowsill for me to find. Also broke a caster off of the bed, which is how I saw the ripped boxspring. I have moved several times and NEVER had my things damaged. read more
