For a 2.5 hour local move I paid $400. Better than most local places and national chains I was quoted... 3. They don't charge extra for blankets or equipment used. They wrapped things up well and took care of my stuff. 4. Friendly staff. 5. Worked with me to secure time! Elite tips/things to consider: 1. They bill based on time. So if the team gets stuck in traffic, you'll be paying for that time. Consider your times when you book. Ex) when it is high traffic... 8am vs 10 am 2. 2 hour minimum for all jobs. 3. While there's friendly staff, one of the team members dispatched for my job was significantly faster and better at triaging/organizing. We needed to find moving help on Tuesday to be finished by Friday a.m. Not ideal timing, but we had an emergency that changed our plans. I contacted on Tuesday and by Wednesday 11 a.m., the mover had agreed in writing to come Thursday morning early for our small job. I wrote around 6 p.m. to confirm the exact time only to discover the mover wasn't coming. No notice and no explanation for why he hadn't contacted me other than to say he'd been busy that afternoon. Then it got weird. When I asked how he could cancel last minute like this with no explanation and no notice, he tried to gaslight me by saying it was my fault for booking last minute. There was no mention of this being too last minute when he'd agreed to do the move earlier. Also, super ironic for a company called "Anytime Anywhere"! Not sure what changed in the time since we'd talked. Our job was small and now he had a very early big move the next day. Wyatt and Mongo were outstanding, friendly, and efficient. However, the third guy was not gentle with furniture and scraped my walls and broke a couple of things. This company was hired to pack up items and load them into a pod on June 26, 2026. The pod was received in Tennessee on July 7, 2026. I reached out to the owner of this company for the first time on July 7th, and he asked me to send pictures in which I did through a text message. He and I discussed that the contract that I agreed upon was not fully carried out. Through our conversation he did express that he had new management that would have taken care of this move on that day and at the time he was very apologetic . Last week we had an another phone call conversation and he expressed to me that within 48 hours he would be getting back with me on what his claim department would do for my reimbursement of this claim. Yesterday, July 20, 2026. I sent two text messages to the number that he had told me to communicate to him on , he did not respond to either message. Today I have reached out using two seperate numbers that I found for his business and my call has been screened and no one has returned my calls. I went with this company because I felt they were prepared to take good care of us. On his contract, it reads at the top "treat customers like family first: when you're with us your family". I really liked what they shared in this business motto. This company, wrote a contract that included that they will be disassembling the queen bed bed frame and wrap the furniture. My furniture was to be placed carefully in the pod. The equipment on the contract that I paid for included cargo straps, Furniture pads, and blankets, stretch wrap, and protective plastic. I will show you a copy of my contract below in the pictures. I will also show you pictures of what my items look like when they arrived. The owner of the company has spoke with me on two previous occasions he said to give him 48 hours (that was seven days ago), and he would have a response from his claim department. I text him twice yesterday and made two phone calls today to two separate numbers with no answering response unfortunately this puts me in a very difficult spot. I am now without my Primary furniture pieces to start a new home in Tennessee. All I was wanting was to be compensated for the damage. I am more than ready to work with the owner, however, he is choosing to make this very difficult. Now I will take the necessary steps to make this company fully responsible for their contract neglect. I will be elaborating much more. I am hoping that the owner will reach out to me today after reading this all I want is for this to be worked out quickly and promptly. To add to this review, they sent me a picture that they said that their staff took. It is clearly not the items in the pod. I have recorded videos to show that their photo of the picture is false.
