We stayed in Cabin 19 and 18 over the Labor Day weekend. Our family had a blast. We rented a golf cart and cabana to make the trip easy and relaxing. Glamping, Cabins, and Yurts!! OH MY!! (And RV spots...) Excellent "campground" resort!! The man office has a laundry center and small gym for workouts. You don't have to go anywhere if you forgot something--they have a small store too!! Beautiful pool and hot tub area! Hot tub is a little small for the size of the park. Currently putting in a lazy river to be ready summer 2026!! The cabins are pristine--well kept and clean!! Beds are comfortable!! Split units allow for temperature control! Love the back porch off the creek from our cabin! Friends stayed in their RV and we went and hung out with them! They rented a smokeless firepit and we enjoyed the fire! Too cold to be on the water, but I saw a couple people fishing over the past few days. There are multiple boat ramps to use. If you get bored, downtown Livingston is a stone's throw away (15 minutes). Enjoy a latte from Katie's!! Or get a haircut from Pop's!! read more

This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially considering we paid close to $1,000 for our stay. My dog and I have stayed at more than 20 Airbnbs, and we have always treated every property with respect and left it in the condition we found it. We have a 5-star Airbnb history, so we take cleanliness and respecting other people's property seriously. Unfortunately, our experience at this resort was completely different. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was disappointing. The front desk staff member we dealt with (a young blonde woman with glasses) was disrespectful, rude, and showed very little customer service. Unfortunately, we experienced similar treatment from members of the security team as well. One of the biggest issues was the condition of the room. We were charged $100 for an alleged issue, which is not even the point--the problem is that the room was already given to us with a strong urine-like smell and a large stain on the rug. I have a recording of my husband calling me before I even arrived, telling me that the room smelled and asking me to bring Febreze. I also personally made staff members aware of the smell during our stay, yet nothing was done to address it. It is extremely frustrating to be charged for something when we know the condition of the room when we received it. If we had actually caused damage or left the property in poor condition, I would have accepted responsibility and taken the loss. But that was not the case. For the amount guests pay to stay here, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service. Instead, we were treated poorly and left feeling like our concerns didn't matter. Based on our experience, the price is nowhere near justified by the quality of the accommodations or the level of service. I would strongly encourage management to address the cleanliness issues, staff behavior, and the way guest complaints are handled. read more

The grounds and facilities are beautiful. However, if you want guests to return the following should be addressed: Checkpoint bag search is not necessary. Empty cup rule is silly. It's 100 degrees in TX and people need to drink water and not be forced to wait in line behind people purchasing alcohol makes no sense. No food and drink rule is also ridiculous. People have families and come camping on the weekends because it's economical. As an elderly guest, was unable to bring my own small pool float in. I cannot sit on your large pool float without neck and back pain. My float is a 1/3 of the size of your float, so what's the problem? Music needs to be heard in all areas, not just at the immediate bar. Not enough garbage cans. There were cups and beer cans everywhere. People would use garbage cans if they could find them. The flooring around the pool and lazy river area is super hot, burns feet. There are coatings to keep things cooler. Have never been to a campground with so many unnecessary rules. We will not be returning. Guests we spoke to over the weekend said the same thing. Nice, but way too many unnecessary rules. They also will not return. read more

Not a true camping experience! Let's start with booking fees... they charged us extra to reserve a certain site if you are camping with a group to get sites side by side. The check in staff was nice when we first arrived. But when we called to ask questions about looking at cabins and yurts they did not have a very nice attitude. Saying things like ("absolutely not we are not doing that!"). At the end of the conversation they told us they were all booked so we couldn't look at them. At the time we called there were not that many people that we saw at the pool. I think they could have led with saying they were booked for this weekend instead to having an attitude towards their guests. My group that I went with all agreed that there was an overwhelming amount of rules. We also talked to other guests at the lazy river and they agreed that the rules were a bit too strict regarding what was allowed into the pool areas. you are not allowed to bring any food or beverages into the pool. I understand if they had a food place inside the pool and wanted to make some money there but they only have a bar for drinks. if you want to eat you have to exit the pool area and go back to your RV to eat. They do have a small food place in the park with limited hours in the evening but they only sell pizza and hot dogs, which is not a good variety of options. They also have a food truck outside the pool but they only had a certain culture of food that may not appeal to everyone. We had one bar tender named Christina that was very kind and personable. She was the only good thing about this place. Regarding RV sites, you can only park 1 vehicle in your site. If you have a second vehicle you have to park in the overflow parking near the check in building and charge you $5 a day to park there. Their WIFI service was also very unreliable! Overall, this place seems a bit too expensive and appeals to higher class individuals that have a lot of money to spend. In Livingston, TX that culture is not here. These campers will not be back! read more

I would like to start off by saying the cabins, tree house and RV pads are great. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of Two Creeks Crossing Resort. My children and myself recently stayed at this resort. I am sorry to report that we had problems with the staff. It seems that their motto is "the customer is always wrong". My husband and myself stayed in RV186. Everything we needed was there. The pad site was clean and easy to get to. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk was not friendly. I chalked it up to everyone has bad days. However, the trend continued. Next to arrive was my son and family who stayed in T1, the treehouse. This treehouse is beautiful, clean and a nice place to stay. Before I forget, the treehouse and cabins do not have an oven. Remember this when planning your meals. When we left Houston the weather was horrible and there was street flooding. All of my family left early because we didn't know how long the ride would take because of the flooding. My son arrived 2-1/2 hours early. When checking in, he was told that he would have to pay additional money for the early check in. He paid the fee and was headed to the pool area. He was immediately told that he couldn't enter the pool for another 30 minutes because the early check in fee was for two hours before check in. His family waited in the car for 30 minutes. My daughter and her family stayed in cabin C15. This is a 6 person cabin. This is also a pet friendly cabin. My daughter originally told TCCR that she would bring her dog and two of her kids. As time went on, she decided to board her dog in Houston. She immediately called TCCR and informed them that she would not be bringing her pet. She told them that she had no problem with moving to another cabin in case there was someone else who needed the pet friendly cabin. She was told that there were no other cabins available. Upon arrival, my daughter informed TCCR that her third child was able to make the trip. This now meant that five people would be in the six person cabin. TCCR told my daughter that she would have to pay for the additional person. She asked why and they didn't give her a reply. I went to the check in office to find out what was going on. You are not going to believe what they told me. Yes, this is a six person cabin. When you booked the cabin a few months earlier, we gave you the four person rate. No one ever told my daughter this. I asked the manager if she has every encountered this rule at any of the other places she has worked or any placed she has visited. She told me that she had never heard of this practice before. If my daughter was given a reduced rate, why didn't they give my husband and myself a reduced rate for only having two people stay at my RV site and not the allowed four people. My son and his family stayed in cabin C18. His checkout time was Sunday at 10am. He was told that he could checkout and continue to swim on Sunday. Upon checkout, he was told that he would have to leave the premises. A second lady came to the register and said that he could stay and swim. After much debate between the two ladies, a third lady joined in and said he would have to leave. It's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I also had a daughter and her family stay in cabin C21. As you can see, between the five of us, we spent quite a bit of money to stay here. There are a couple of more things I could say, but I think you have heard enough. Once again, this is a beautiful resort and I would love to come back. However, my family is not happy right now. read more

As someone who books here regularly as well as lots of our friends and family, we have always had a lovely time with one catch. Melissa. Melissa is a miserable woman who works here and I believe tries her best to make it miserable for everyone else. Booked here for New Year's Eve through the weekend, it was a little chilly but we were especially excited about soaking in the hot tub. Had a lovely weekend until we went to utilize it. First off 6 employees were all in the hot tub, making it a little cramped for campers to utilize the amenity. Second off, Melissa who was one of the employees in the tub proceeded to loudly talk crap about I think every person who has ever camped here and how their "brains leaked out one ear and never grew back" as well as talking crap about just about every employee. Finally after an hour of hearing her miseries we gave up and left. Not very professional or considerate of your paying customers in my opinion. To top it off we bought s'more supplies at the front office just to realize that they were all expired. We love two creeks but I'm very disappointed to see the level of professionalism and hospitality this camping trip. read more

We stayed in the Crawford Cabin. It was amazing! The resort owners have painstakingly upgraded the cabin to make it warm and comfy without sacrificing the original 1900's framework and interior. Our son and his family stayed in the cabin with us, and we found it to be exceptionally roomy and comfortable for the six of us. We also enjoyed a dip every evening in the wonderfully relaxing jacuzzi that was just outside the back door of the cabin in the attached private pool house. Our daughter and her family stayed in their RV inside the same park and said it was one of the nicest RV parks they have ever been to in terms of amenities, cleanliness and unsurpassed hospitality. The grandkids loved the playground, as well as playing corn hole in the spacious picnic area that was located in front of the bar and bandstand. Fishing in the river off the dock that was right outside the RV door was another big thrill for the kids. Unfortunately, being winter, it was too cold to dive into the meticulously maintained pool, but we will definitely be back again this summer to take advantage of that amenity. It was a delightfully fun and relaxing weekend, and I thank the TCCR team members for making this such a great stay. You really don't want to miss out on this hidden gem! read more

Sensational Piney Woods resort. We loved the cabin with its open and modern design. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the waterfront views and the wildlife on the property. The pool and Icehouse are superb. We will be returning routinely. If you want terrific lodging for a fishing weekend or simply to get away from responsibility, this is a great way to do it. Nearby restaurants, in our experience, are sketchy. Consider bringing groceries and doing your own thing. read more

We stayed here during the Memorial Day weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back. We do hope the owners take our review into consideration though, since we RV regularly. RV resorts are where we like to go, so we have a lot of experience to compare them with! Pros: Super clean and new! The bathhouses are amazing. The swimming pool, grills, pickle ball court and ping pong table were all wonderful. We enjoyed not even needing to leave the pool area during the day. Fun activities for kid's and adults alike! Although we didn't utilize them, the yurt's and cabins looked amazing. Cons: No tables at regular sites (we didn't realized this was only included in the "deluxe" site and when we inquired, were told that it would be a upcharge of $30 for a picnic table). The pool closes at 8pm. Even on holiday weekends! I've never been to a RV resort that closed their pool so early. Sites are concrete, but extremely unlevel. Electricity panels are placed in random spots around the sites. We ended up having to move our RV because we couldn't fit in the site reserved due to the location of the electrical panel. Very strict owners. I get wanting to keep the place nice, but they would not allow us to park our truck in the empty site next to us. Even though we have 4 empty sites around us that remained empty our entire stay. We instead had to move (after setting up everything the night before). Gravel roads, so riding a bike is difficult. Our suggestions for the owners are these: Include picnic tables are each site. This should be the norm, not an upgrade. Increase the open hours of the pool during the weekends. 9pm would be nice, 10pm would be even better! Take pictures of all the sites, so they're accurately shown on the reservation site. If you choose not to include tables, this should also be communicated during reservations. read more

This RV resort was fabulous- we had 2 RV sites and the historic cabin on the front of the property and everything about our trip was enjoyable. The staff was so friendly and willing to bring you whatever you needed, including a rental fire pit for the cold nights and dish soap to the cabin. The ice house was nice place for the kids to run around and the adults to enjoy some drinks and hang by the fire. The live music was great and the hospitality far exceeded my expectations for a campground. We had 3 young kids who all enjoyed fishing the creek and the catch and release pond, riding their bikes around the different concrete paths and the playground which was conveniently located next to the extremely clean and well kept restrooms with showers. 100% recommend to anyone looking to get away and relax either in their camper or in a cabin.
