They have quite a selection of items for your furry baby at reasonable prices. The staff was very helpful and professional.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. However, the young blonde headed receptionist was…read morefriendly so, the star goes to her. First of all, I feel the need to state that I am not wealthy & I am not @ poverty level. I give Glory to God for his Blessings that allows my family to live a medium income life, and by Gods grace, able to afford pet emergencies & yearly checkups. I used this vet for a medical emergency with my fur baby. While waiting for my baby to have X-rays done, I got to listen to one of the staff members talk to me about a "crazy cat" they were boarding. She continued to tell me how the cats owner expressed how important it was that he cat be let out during it's extended stay. She concluded by saying the cat would attack them so, they let him remain in the kennel & would have to bathe him the night before the owner picked him up. I don't think the employee was aware of how her conversation came across. I was concerned over my pets injury & didn't think it was appropriate to talk about another customer & her pet. But, I made a mental note to never board any of my pets @ their clinic. After my baby's X-rays were complete, I was given a diagnosis & written documentation of an approximate cost. This place even charges to dispose of swabs they use on your animal. He needed surgery & Angela said they would do it shortly & I could come back in a few hours to get him. She said they would call with updates. Roughly an hour later, she phoned with additional costs. I consented. 4 hours later, I returned back to the clinic to check on my baby. Oh he was resting on a heating pad. They'd not even started on this surgery that they said was "urgent, life saving surgery." Angela said she forgot they had a few appointments and wasn't able to deal with my fur baby yet. At this point, the price was inflated by another $250. I was irritated bc that morning Angela expressed the seriousness of my pets injury yet, my baby laid on a heating pad in their back office all day? I told them I'd take my baby home. I told them prayer had gotten me this far in life & Devine Intervention would play it's role in my pet recovering. So an office visit, an X-ray, and my baby laying on their heating pad cost me $850. I paid the bill and left with my pet. He went to another vet & didn't need any surgery whatsoever. A shot, antibiotics & $100 and my baby has made a full recovery.
