Love them! We always look for their food truck at events! Our only complaint is they don't do enough events!

We waited almost an hour for two tacos and a hotdog. They don't get simple orders out the window while their burgers are cooking. I guess they can't multitask. They do one order at a time. The cashier overcharged the people ahead of us. I see why they have a no refund sign, I'm sure they get lots of asks. The food was tasty, but it wouldn't be worth it if they were giving it away. Worst food truck experience ever!!! Been waiting over 40 minutes for cheese fries at Bear Paw Festival. No idea if they are even good either. At this point I want to just give up and leave but I'm hungry. These people need to get their act together. I will tell everyone not to bother. Awful. Tried them at Bear Paw last night and slowest service ever! Saw 7 or 8 people leave due to wait time. They don't talk to you or check on you while you wait to order! After 17 min finally took my order then I had to wait another 15 min to get my food. I could been served fast at a sit down restaurant. Food was bland and overpriced. Don't bother with this place unless you like waiting, being ignored, and paying too much! read more

I have never left a review before. We are at the Scottish Highland Games in Palmer. I assume most people expect food from a food truck to be served relatively quickly. That was most definately not the case today at all. My husband and daughter stood in line for 40 minutes before even ordering. Then it was another 40-50 minute wait for the food. They ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a philly, 2 regular fries, 1 cheese fry and 1 water. I guess the first warning should have been the sign in the window that said "we cook our food fresh. Sorry no refunds after you order." This wait time is absolutely unacceptable. Especially when I can see inside and 2 of the 3 people are kinda standing around and there appears to be no sense of urgency. I would urge you to get a mentor you help with your speed and efficiency. read more

1 hour to receive my order at the highland games. I watched multiple people get tired of waiting and just walk off having given up on waiting for their food. Tacos were exceedingly greasy and bland in taste. They need to find a better solution for the fruit smoothies, either fine crushed ice that will fit inside the straw or larger diameter straws. When giving out drinks at least tell people what your handing them out, communication is key. read more

Unbelievably horrible and unfriendly service. Overcharged us and an unreasonable wait. Items came out far apart and people that ordered after us got food first. All I can say is don't waste your time with these "girls". read more

This is really hard to review. The food is great, but darnit girls, get your act together! We were at the Friday Fling in Palmer Alaska during Colony Days. As my friend and I waited for her order of Philly Cheesesteak and Onion rings, we watched a woman get her order piecemeal, after my friend had already been waiting at least 15 minutes - one sandwich, then an order of fries, 5 minutes later another sandwich, 5 minutes later more fries, then 5 minutes later another sandwich and fries. My friend waited at least 30-35 minutes for her sandwich, then had to wait almost another 10 minutes for her onion rings. You have GOT to step it up if you're going to run a food truck! Please, ask someone who knows how to hustle how to step it up and get orders out at once, not piecemeal, and how NOT to make a sandwich take 30 minutes. You have darn good food, don't ruin it with horrible service! read more

The SLOWEST food truck I have ever encountered! We went to the Fourth of July celebration at Delaney Strip Park and wanted to give this place a try. We ordered a burger, a cheesesteak and fries. There were about 9 orders ahead of us. It took an HOUR to get our food out! And it didn't even come out all at once. The other customers were complaining and each time they asked how much longer the reply was always, "Oh it's about 3 to 5 minutes from being done," only to have it come out 25 minutes later. One family became so frustrated they wanted to cancel their order and get a refund. The girls in the truck replied with, "Your food just finished cooking and our boss doesn't like us throwing out food. We can only give you a 50% refund and you can have your food." That response wasn't taken lightly as can be expected. Even after other customers were warning potential customers that the wait was an hour, the teller told everyone it was only taking 15 minutes!!!!! And the worst part of it all was that the food was NOT worth the wait! If I were you steer clear of this SLOW AS MOLASSES food truck! read more
