Great food, great service will come again. We ordered the salmon, eggs Benedict and the avocado toast.
Came to this quiet little cafe just around the corner from our hotel. We ordered the two good eggs breakfast, goats on toast, a cappucino, and a latte. Delicious, simple, filling, but not heavy or greasy. Coffee was great. Quick service. Reasonable prices. Staff was kind and attentive. Total spent: $54aud

This was definitely one of the best breakfasts we had on vacation. Friendly service, a great latte, and a delicious breakfast sandwich with really tasty caramelized onions on it. My wife loved her muesli and it was a lighter option compared to a lot of other places that only offer sausage rolls and heavier breakfast options.
Such a cute breakfast spot. Huge portions, decent prices. The toilet situation is odd. You have to go outside the gilding down a ways and in a parking garage. A bit sketchy. The toast was a bit crunchy for my taste. Everything else was great and delicious. Service was awesome.
Thank you Yelp community for directing us to Two Good Eggs Cafe. As tourists from America we were in search of a fabulous Aussie brekky and we found it! As you walk in there are stairs leading up to the main area. I didn't see a handicap entrance. Many locals were ordering coffees to go however we stayed to eat. The restaurant had a steady flow of traffic while we were there. I had the smoked salmon spinach scrambled eggs, it also comes with two pieces of toasted bread. It was heavenly! My mom ordered the eggs Benedict and mushroom avocado toast. She said it was fabulous! The wait staff were all super friendly. You pay at the counter. If I had more time in Sydney I'd definitely come back! We left highly satisfied about our first Australian delicious breakfast!
We were staying at the apartment building across the street and someone recommended this place to us in the elevator as we arrived. I'm forever thankful to that guy since we ended up having breakfast here for over half of our stay. I, personally, tried half their menu. They also have rotating specials which were delicious. Everything from Two Good Eggs Breakfast, to the toast with honey, apples, walnuts, and goat cheese, to their croissant breakfast sandwiches were amazing. And I have no words for the bacon: way better than American bacon - a good chunk of meat but also crispy ... Yum! We did try a couple of other places but they did not compare. We ended up coming back here on our last 2 mornings in the city One thing is they don't have any fresh fruit which my friend was kinda craving. Otherwise, everything was great: food, service, ambiance. I recommend coming here, even if you're not staying next door - you'll love it!

We were searching for some American food/ breakfast and we found this place. Very small place and we got lucky they had 1 table open. We were created and sat. She took our order and the food came out quick and hot. My husband had the toasted sandwich me and my daughter in law had the croissant sandwich. The food was delicious give this place a try. read more
Wow! I really enjoyed my breakfast here! I had "goats on toast" which was goat cheese on sourdough with Granny Smith apples, walnuts and drizzled with honey. It was supposed to come on cherry toast, but I am not a fan of cherries at all. Everything about this toast was delicious! All the flavors paired so well together. I also added a side of bacon, because who doesn't love bacon? It was soooo yummy! My latte was good as well! Definitely a great breakfast spot if you're in the area ! read more

Great breakfast spot! My first stop on my international trip to Australia! I did the Two Good Eggs Breakfast (held the mushrooms) Big plate! Sour Dough was flavorful and toasted, bacon was crispy and tasty as bacon is, Avocado was creamy, and greens were fresh. The plates are for sure a bit pricey but must factor in vibes in cost. Vibes were cute and light but, I can see this restaurant being cramped and loud on the weekend so I wouldnt recommend large groups or if you are sensitive to loud environments. read more

One of the best Eggs Benedict's I've had! I got it with the smoked salmon which was fresh and very satisfying. The decor is very contemporary and modern. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. read more

Interesting little cafe. Friendly staff, pretty good food and coffee. They had a special on called the Halloumi and Roast Tomato stack. Basically bruschetta with Halloumi and poached eggs. The eggs were cooked well and the Halloumi was tasty. The tomatoes were fresh and the sauce was nice. Check it out if you're in the area. read more
I don't know about this place. I'm waiting to be inspired. The food is good, but not great. Service is average, nothing special. Their servings are quite big, but honestly I'd rather have a small plate with the best brunch in the world rather than a big plate that is just "okay." I'm not writing it off completely. I've been a couple times and still need want to try some additional menu items. It's just tough to choose over other local spots. We shall see Two Good Eggs, we shall see... read more

Food- delicious! Service- poor Ambience- cute and casual Aside from the fact that the waitress and server never responds to our "thank you"and forgetting our coffee..the breakfast is pretty good. The portions are generous. Prosciutto breakfast burger- the mini jar or marinara sauce is a nice add. The poached egg perfectly exploded with egg yolk and the bun is soft and chewy. Yum. Bacon breakfast burger- good but a bit too much mayo Toasted banana bread- Warm and flavorful--perfect! Blueberry and rhubarb pancakes- huge and tart. After many thank you attempts, she finally says you're welcome at the end of the meal. read more

My first experience here was years ago and the breakfast was excellent. I'm not sure if its the same owners, but I returned here today and although all I had was a coffee and a little passionfruit muffin/cake, I was super impressed. I came in at 3.57pm and although they closed at 4pm, the owner let me order a dine-in coffee with my muffin and never hurried me up when it was 4.20pm. There were even diners still in there and the atmosphere was really relaxed. The Toby's Estate coffee was quite good and I gave myself a little smile as I saw the little wafer on my spoon. So cute! :) I'm looking to return shortly to try their lunch menu which sounds delicious. Overall, I'm still impressed by Two Good Eggs Cafe and will definitely return. Surry Hills really is the home to some great cafes! read more

All I can say is that I want to go back soon! It was my first breakfast in Australia land I found it searching in Internet for the best places to have breakfast in Sydney. It was delicious the eggs and the juice. I ordered mango with passion fruit. Highly recommended! It is a bit expensive though. Friendly staff and the service was super fast. read more
One of the best place to have breakfast, lunch or brunch. It was very busy when I got there, luckily get a table for 1. Staff was very friendly to help. I ordered "goats on toast". It was very good, healthy, creative, and tasty. I saw dishes ordered by other people and all of them looks very presentable. read more

Two thumbs up for Two Good Eggs cafe. I had just landed in Sydney after a 14 hour flight. Since I was too early for check-in, I stashed my luggage and took myself for breakfast. It's a small but vibrant cafe. I was promptly greeted and seated with a smile. I order the big breakfast with two poached eggs, toast, hash browns, mushrooms, bacon, and toast. The eggs were perfectly poached and the bacon crisp. I adore mushrooms, so hard to go wrong there. Three large pieces of toast were a bit much for me, but I did order the big breakfast. All of this accompanied by a large coffee. It was everything I needed to power through the day. Highly recommend. read more

Stopped by this delightful little cafe as it was just around the corner from my hotel. I'm not sorry I did, as they have a very extensive breakfast menu. And if all that's not enough and you want something else they seem happy enough to cook it for you (and why not). I had the 2 good eggs breakfast which came with 2 perfectly poached eggs, a good helping of bacon, mushrooms and hash browns. Also includes 2 slices of toast with butter and what appeared to be home made tomato ketchup. English breakfast tea was the loose leaf variety and tasted amazing. I'd happily return and would recommend this place to friends when visiting Sydney. read more

Literally hidden at the corner on Goulburn Street, chanced upon it while walking back to Cambridge Sydney Hotel. A charming 2-storey little cafe that's converted from an old factory, friendly wait staff who's attentive yet not smoldering. Yummy food and one of the best hot Chai Latte around, perfect for a winter afternoon. Great for individual diners, groups or families. Small place but decent selection of food (very hearty portions, and yummy!!) Choice of indoor or outdoor alfresco seating :) read more
