I was told today 5/9/25 that my rewards points points was st zero balance due to your store wiping out all points. This happened once before and when I inquired why, I was informed I would never lose reward points. What is going on??? Your associates are telling me I was given wrong information, however, last time one of your managers said I was given wrong information from your associates. Everyone is pointing fingers. Very frustrating not knowing your policy. Not good customer service if you keep wiping out custards points. read more

Upper management has been making decisions that make it less and less pleasant to hang out there. Used to have a bunch of extra tables and high chairs, besides the armchairs in the lounge area, but they are gradually disappearing. They seem not to care about the customers' preferences. read more

My boyfriend walks in and proclaims, "I now have seen heaven!" What a huge shop with a great selection. They didn't carry what we were looking for, but had a pretty explanation as to why. I was traveling through the area and it was my first time to the shop. My wife and myself were very impressed with the atmosphere, sales information, all of the associates but especially Adam. Adam introduced me to a new cigar, in fact I bought a box and stayed around to smoke one. Adam didnt just drop me after the purchase he followed up later when I was smoking and asked about the smoke, and seemed interested in my experience and also suggested to sign up for the website. This shop seems ok at first, but once you walk through the door, you see it is not. The staff is some of the most unprofessional Ive ever seen in the business. Its like a state of perpetual high school, with fart jokes and the manager talking about his drug use, not seeming to care about his appearance or the fact that people can hear him. Unprofessional dress-wear as well. The selection is ok, but the prices are a bit high. Maybe if they didn't pay high commissions for bad cigars, I could have afforded more! I know this because I overheard the staff boasting about their $1 per cigar bonuses. Heres an idea, dont try to sell me a bad cigar because it makes you money...sell me a good cigar. This place had potential but could definitely learn a thing or two from the competing cigar shops in the area. Also, there is no bar, and what good is a cigar without a drink? This shop has earned it's 1 star rating for sure! read more
