I live in a two bedroom apartment with my 83 year old father. I went to work today and came home to find that although they took the full $145 they charge to clean my small apartment, but because my bedroom door was closed, they didn't go in and clean my bedroom or master bath. They then left a note saying that they won't enter closed doors, and placed the note in front of my father who was reading a book on the couch!! My bedroom door is always closed as I have a kitten that likes to reek havoc in there, but today, they decided not to ask the man sitting right there if they could enter, but left a note in front of him, cleaned half of my apartment, took the $145 and left. Consider this when thinking about choosing a cleaning company. I left a message asking for them to return and do the rest of the job that I PAID for. I will leave a follow up comment with whether they remedy their ridiculously unprofessional, inconsiderate and unethical decision. read more

I tried to book an appointment with their initial assessment understanding that it would not be an accurate quote. It asked me what I would like cleaned and I added 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, about 1000 sqft. I got a call from Krista the general manager saying she had no availability for the time that was showing up on the website, and rudely asserted that my home was not 1,000 sqft. I calmly replied that I don't want my whole house cleaned, to which she questioned again what I wanted done. I restated and she then argued with me saying that she looked at the blueprints of my house and that it was not 1,000 sqft. I said she was being rude and that I would not be going with them. First of all, never just tell someone about their own home. My home incorrectly states on the assessor website that it is 4700 sqft, after getting it professionally measured it was 3200 sqft. Additionally, I have three floors which are included in that square footage. So when I say I only want one bedroom and two bathrooms along with my small kitchen and dining room cleaned, I was actually being liberal with the square footage, it's much smaller. If you actually asked me instead of being hostile like I was trying to rip you off, I would have explained that. If you wanted to charge me twice the price I would have been fine with that. I don't care about the price I was just trying to fill out the assessment. read more

The cleaning is in progress now at my father's house, but the ladies that are here have been lovely and hardworking. They are being careful, asking great questions, and I can already see the difference. I'll update again if needed, but so far I would highly recommend them, and we plan to continue with biweekly cleaning moving forward! read more

I can not speak to their ability to clean properly, but their manager, Christa Jones was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She called us, argued, and literally yelled at us, accusing us of misrepresenting the square footage of the space we wanted cleaned. read more

This company is one of the worst companies that I've had clean my home. I would much rather have Molly Maids clean my home. Molly Maid came to my home and maid my home look 10x better than Two Maids and a Mop ever did. read more

My house needed a thorough cleaning and was looking to have my house cleaned on a regular basis. I found this company and scheduled an initial deep clean. Anna and Tonya show up and do a fantastic job of cleaning my house from top to bottom. When they were finished, they encouraged me to check out every room and let them know if I see anything they might have missed or any issues. I'm very pleased with their initial deep clean experience. I had some construction done and the dust was the sticky, clingy type and got everywhere. The house smelled of the dust. They got about 92 percent of it, the parts they missed were blocked with furniture or boxes that need to be moved. The house smells clean and fresh. Thank you. read more

This has been a very positive experience so far. Initially we had a little confusion making contact, but when I tried again the owner of the business got right back to me to set things straight. We set up a deep clean for my elderly mom's house. The two cleaning ladies showed up right on time and were very friendly and professional and the house looked (and smelled!) great afterwards. They cleaned everything from the top of the refrigerator down to the baseboards. Prices are reasonable and the work was very thorough. We're having them come back once every two weeks now. I would recommend them. read more

Two Maids & A Mop started from very humble beginnings way back on April Fools' Day in 2003. Our first office was all of 200 square feet and it was located in a pretty rough neighborhood. I can still remember those ugly looking wood paneled walls. I can still remember that tiny little restroom. And unfortunately, I can still remember how dead our first week of business was back then. But we've learned a lot of since that first day back in 2003. The biggest thing we've learned is that cleaning houses means much more than just cleaning houses. I know that sounds a little crazy but just trust me - our customers simply expect something different from our company.

We just had our first house cleaning. We chose to have a first floor only deep cleaned. We de-cluttered the first floor and let them clean two bathrooms, a kitchen, and five other rooms. They did a great job and we are now planning to have them do a monthly maintenance cleaning. Three maids arrived together, on time, and worked for several hours with one short break. Normally, I think, only two come, but we got three as one was either in training or came along because it was a deep clean. My wife stayed home for a half day to meet them, show them around and see how comfortable she was. She liked them, felt they were reliable, and is happy with the cleaning. They bring all their own cleaning supplies and materials. As a homeowner, we didn't have to do a thing. They even do windows. Very happy. Thank you. read more
