They told us they would come back to finish so we paid the full amount, only to be told later that they would not complete the work. What they skipped: one entire bathroom, cobweb cleaning, microwave cleaning, one entire room sweeping, dusting and mopping. What they did, they did well, but they seemed to pick and choose what they wanted to do. Both cleaners had time to smoke a cigarette on the porch, but not to finish the work. Given that this was our first time with this company, and most people start with their best work, we decided not to continue using them.

He was also able to accommodate the specific date we needed. The deep clean was thorough and he took his time with every room. The house was sparking clean, everything was shining and smelled fresh.
